Review summary
We've done a few cruises on Norwegian and all have been great. The experience through the Panama Canal was wonderful; they brought on board an employee of the Panama Canal Authority to narrate the entire day. 14 days seemed a bit long to us, but we wanted to do the full transit; so in that regard it was worth doing. Entertainment and food was wonderful as usual. We weren't so happy with the featured Souled Out Band; they were pretty good but the way they performed their songs just didn't quite resonate; I think it was because they had their certain sound and all songs morphed to it rather than sounding like the original renditions. Would have been nice if they provided educational sessions in advance of the ports we visited to give a greater appreciation of the countries. Gym was good but the aerobics room was occupied so often that it made it hard to do stretching, etc. without imposing on those in the main exercise area. Staff service was stellar.
