Review summary
It was a 14 day cruise with a great itinerary. We enjoyed all the ports.
We did face some problems on the ship (we have traveled with Norwegian several times and even on the Jewel to Alaska). Our bathroom flooded with flooded the entire room. We had to move rooms and then after a couple of days returned to our original room because we were sent to another room that was not fully functional and in the rear of the ship (too much noise that we could not use our balcony). I do wish we did not have to waste 2 days in moving from one cabin to another and then back. It was very stressful. The staff did try to do their best to accommodate us. We received a credit and dinner for the family at the restaurant of our choice. The Hotel Director also sent us a bottle of wine and chocolate dipped strawberries.
We have enjoyed many cruises with Norwegian, we do hope to return, but not on the Jewel.

Ship tip
At night the ship was empty. This cruise had mostly elderly so that could be the reason. The crew party was right above our cabin which was very loud and obnoxious. I had to call 8 times to ask them to turn down the music.
