Review summary

Best part of crusie was the staff. Very good. Our room has horrible. We requested to change rooms but were told to wait that on move in day it is always loud. We waited two days and then told the ship was full. The food was all good. Most ports not so good.

Buyer beware I bought tickets letting NCL pick my cabin. I was told all lower cabins were booked so I expected an upgrade. Didn't happen. Infact we met a couple who paid less then us but booked directly with NCL and they got upgraded to a balancy. Our cabin was super noisy, right under stairs, got woken up every night while sleeping.
