Horrible. I will not waste much of my time and energy giving feedback on this cruise. I have never encountered more liars or unprofessional individuals, beginning with the Captain of this ship. NCL should be out of business.

after providing nothing but a meaningless rant, he decides an entire company has no right to be in business. WOW ! I guess he can judge an entire company based on a 7 day experience. I hope his boss doesn't feel the same way about him. Bob, you used too many staples today. You have no right being part of the working world. Clean out your desk.

Yep, two years past now.
I find it interesting that most negative reviews are in one of several categories: "no info" reviews, obviously making things up/exaggerating, or person is upset about one or two incidents and rips the whole cruise line. None of them any good.
The negative reviews that are actually helpful with good info (like that QM2 one) are a rare occurrence.

This was not a review. This was.......well, this was nothing. Not informative at all. It's just someone who probably felt slighted in some way, crying about nothing. I've never seen anyone call a Captain rude and unprofessional. I guess every place you go that offers poor service ( your perception of it ) should not be in business.

As a first time cruiser, this review came up in my search for reviews of the Jewel but I take it with a glacier sized grain of salt. The OP did not provide any substantial details supporting the review. Service was bad? Were all staff members that you encountered offer bad or unprofessional service? In what way. Food was bad? Did it taste bad or was just not to their personal liking? Did you give the staff a chance to make it right?
I have nine days for form my own opinion.

NCL is my least favorite cruise line, I even like Carnival better. When I gave NCL a bad review I pointed out why, this lets others hear where and what the problems are like bad food in the MDR and out of a party of 6 to 12 they would screw up 1 or 2 orders a night or not bring everyone's food out at the same time.
If you find the time please list the issues so the review can help others.
