Wonderful singers.. The Pacific Dining room was lovely, great service and good to very good food. Loved the appetizers: crab and shrimp soffle, pate, carpaccio, good soups, great salads, excellent prime rib and fish dishes. Desserts excellent

Walk on the 12/13th deck outside whenever the ship leaves a port and watch the sun set!

The Sunday Brunch with musicians was wonderful and worth the extra $15. The lounge acts and offerings were unusually fresh and engaging.

The Garden Café buffet had a good variety that included American and Asian food. Be sure to use the back deck buffet line. Although, it was more limited than the main buffet there was rarely, if any, a line.

For example: The spa is wonderful and the views from it are amazing. Research before you go because sometimes expensive excursions are just a short walk from the ship. There some excursions they offer they you wouldn't think of. All but a few ports we were able to walk out of without needing a cab.

The Blue Lagoon was the only 24 hour cafe and ALWAYS had only two or three people eating there. After 11 PM, definitely hit up the Blue Lagoon. Also, make sure you actually do things. You may be embarrassed to participate in some things, but that's how you'll create lifelong, worthwhile memories.

The Bistro and Cagney are worth it the money, the other special dinning are not.

The staff a the Garden Café could not be more helpful. The Gran Pacific and Alcazar restaurants serve great food and the staff members are also are great.

Make sure you book your shore excursions in advance.

When many children are on a cruise and there are rules related to the entertainment nights, the staff should monitor the rules. Very young children were allowed to sit in the 1st 2 rows but they had asked on the programs that they not. Why ask and you are not going to monitor if it is done.

Don't miss "washy-washy" and "coffee-coffee" guys in the mornings in the Garden Café. They are a hoot!

on the 8th deck there is a great small 24 hr restaurant for good breakfast lunch and quite drinks no line or overly crowded ... great lounge and swim deck entertainment (Prism) better than i had experienced on other cruise ships the main evening show lounge had a great regular Norwegian jade perform

The library was pleasant, but rather small and tended to fill up early in the day. This may have been because the cooler spring weather kept more people inside rather than out on deck with their books. If you enjoy meeting other people, sharing a table with people you don't know yet is recommended
