A good cruise but not as good as expected. Will look at a different itinerary next time. Still like NCL.

NCL Jade was a very good cruise ship. The staff were more than just doing their job. They were honest and fun. I would definitely seek out this cruise ship again, wherever they go. Make sure that you bring cash for additional tips above and beyond. They work very hard for it and it's well deserved and appreciated.

Had a wonderful time ... great ship and fun ports ... good itinerary for a 1 week cruise ... just check where your room is located before booking!

New smoking rules on this ship made our vacation not relaxing at all. The plumbing on this ship sucks. They need to re-think how they handle reservations (availability) for the specialty restaurants. Expect long lines at the pool bars.

It was a great experience I think we will do one every other year. We met so many fun and wonderful people. We don't have little kids so it was nice the ship wasn't taken over for kids. Having an adult pool and kids pool worked perfect for us. Also, we purchased one internet package but we didn't even use all the minutes. So nice to be somewhere where everyone is not on the their phones but actually relaxing, chatting and enjoying the moment.

The Jade is a great ship. Really beautiful decorated and well maintained. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. I love the variety of activities that they offer. I did go to the ones that catch my interest but if you want to participate in the art auctions and get them for a fear price, fun competitions, fine wine taste and enjoy memorable shows you must go to the Stardust Theater and book your next trip on the Jade. It is a very clean ship and staff is always willing to help. The only thing I do not recommend is the Spa. Dr Sarah is not professional at all neither is knowledgeable about the esthetic procedures she offers. I did overpaid for the injection of my marionnete lines and she also used what it was left on my fronthead and it was a mess. I got my face swelling up for three days. She seems upset for my reaction but was trying to sell me another injections. Then and demand the correction of what she did wrong and finally I got a second injection without charge on marionnete lines after she tried to push me to buy another procedure for Restylane and extra Dysport for my fronthead. The Restylane she injected on my fronthead migrate to the border of my right eye and I did have a lot of pain for three days. She indicated to take advil every 8 hours and gave the instructions for after care after the second injection. Never on the begining and after reviewing my bills and payment, I noticed that she auto gratify herself with extra $100. The cost of the initial procedure was already enough for $600. But my bad. I should do more research before putting myself in this situation. I would never take a treatment on a Spa in a cruisse. Other than that ... it was a good experience.

The jade and it’s crew was amazing!! The 6 day cruise was perfect!!

We were satisfied with the trip until the final day and trying to get off the ship and get to the airport in time for our flight. We both commented that it didn't make us want to cruise again any time soon.

Alcoholic beverages too pricey, could really add up quickly.

Good value. We do not care for sea days- too boring. And the ports were not great, but the service, facilities and weather were all wonderful.

I have been on a total of 14 cruises with this one making number 15. Honestly, this was not my favorite. I thought it was rather boring in comparison.

It was mediocre Better than some But definitely not the best cruise I have been on

FOOD WAS GREAT, ENTERTAINMENT WAS GREAT, CREW WAS GREAT (EXCEPT FOR THE SUITCASES HANDLERS). WE FOUND THE CASINO A LITTLE TOO SMOKEY AND GOT RED EYES WHILE PLAYING; WE HAD TO SHORTEN OUR VISIT BECAUSE OF IT.

For the price it was a good cruise. I've noticed that lately it's hit or miss on the customer service on almost all cruise lines. I've cruised NCL previously and had great customer service.

Ship isn’t anything special I liked the ports of call because after 37 cruises I don’t even like to get off the ship at some of the ports anymore

Excellent first experience, makes me want to go back on a cruise next year!! The inside cabin was bigger than expected!

I’ve been on many ships and this was lacking in all areas. Onboard activities were few and unappealing. Food was subpar. Entertainment was so-so. Casino was too smoky to use. Staff was ok. And they wouldn’t do anything about the drunken kids screaming, creating havoc and annoying everyone. Needless to say I would not sail with them again and neither would the other 4 friends that sailed either.

If we didn't have another NCL cruise booked we would never travel on NCL again. The only thing that appeals to us about NCL is the 3rd/4th person free option when sharing the same cabin, great for traveling with kids and grand kids

overall a good cruise, but needs some improvement in services, such as it took 4 times to get a key to our room that worked.

It was okay. Not our best cruise (which was on Celebrity). Many reasons noted above. We would probably not do Norwegian again unless it was only option on days/times/pricing that we had.
