For the price it was a good cruise. I've noticed that lately it's hit or miss on the customer service on almost all cruise lines. I've cruised NCL previously and had great customer service.

The main dining room was good, the buffet was terrible. Drinks were terribly expensive and it took forever to get a drink on deck. I did not see any servers poolside

The pool was good, lots of chairs.

Singers and dancers were poor, the comedian was good, the DJ on deck was probably the best.

The staff was not very friendly and rarely acknowledged us as we passed them. There were a few that were friendly but not many. Met Executive Chef Rodney who was phenomenal and very friendly.

The minip suite was fine, enjoyed the size of the bathroom. For the first time in 15 cruises I never saw our cabin steward. The room was always made up and cleaned just never saw him.
Did the jeep tour which was OK, such a shame that the coastline is so dirty and littered with trash. I enjoyed the lunch and visit to the beach and of course the tequila tasting.
