Review summary

This was my 13th cruise so maybe it was just cursed. Was my third Norwegian cruise. This was the first cruise i couldn't wait to get off. I love cruising so I will go on other cruise lines. At this point I would not cruise Norwegian if they gave me a free cruise.

Very uncomfortable theaters. Shows on other Norwegian ships were more entertaining. The comedian was funny.

Customer service desk personnel, ride. Had to visit the desk daily to reset sign and sail card. Had the ultimate beverage package and every day had to have it turned on. Very aggravating. At one dinner seating we placed our order and waited over 30minutes before asking about our order. Turns out it didn't make it to the kitchen. They found our order crumpled on the ground. Long lines everywhere.

Found broken tables in the great outdoors eating area. Reported it to staff and they did nothing.
