Great layout and clean. Casino is VERY smoky with poor ventilation so if your sensitive to that you really cant play long. Childrens center is located above suites and have long hours where they are running around until 10pm or later. This was located over our room and we had to put up with loud yelling, banging, jumping all day long and late into the night. NO WARNING that our room was located under the kids room and no discount on price. After complaining that it was so loud they said it was the program they had for the kids and it couldnt be changed. After 9pm it would be nice if they could do movie time instead of relay races over our heads. Beware of where your room is! We booked with an agent but was not made aware of this unfortunately. We will be contacting Norwegian directly about this room.

Room was beautiful but ... Childrens center is located above our suite and have long hours where they are running around until 10pm or later. This was located over our room and we had to put up with loud yelling, banging, running,and jumping all day long and late into the night. Dont plan on taking a nap or goung to bed before 11pm. NO WARNING that our room was located under the kids room and no discount on price. After putting up with this for 5 days, thinking it would calm down we called complaining that it was so loud and they said it was the program they had for the kids and it couldnt be changed. They said we should have complained earlier and they might have been able to move us (I had been told this ship was sold out) they made no effort to compensate us for this room at all but offered to try and move us for the last night? Did the 1hour trolley tour so knew where everything was that we wanted to see once we got off. Very fun place to visit. NOTE everyone has to go through imigration on the boat BEFORE you can get off. Booked tours get to check through first ... worth booking the trolley tour for that alone.
