We downloaded the app and on the first day - the first 2 activities we tried to attend were not available but the app had not been updated

Sitting by the pool - you were lucky if u saw a service person twice in a day Overall the wait staff was mediocre And if we ever asked a question - they only knew the answer if it was a word on the menu Most spoke little to no English

We did an excursion that left a lot to be desired We found the locals to be pushy The water was full of seaweed and we ended up back on the ship early

We were on the very same February 6, 2019 cruise. While I agree that the pool area service was a bit slow, your comment that the staff spoke little to no English is way off base. Every single crew member and staff we came in contact with on the Jade spoke fluent English. Every single one!
