We had a good trip though so ship improvements would be nice. Oh, the boutique onboard had a lot of space but hardly any/ no clothing. Photographers are only interested in you posing their way ( if you dont you only get one photo!)
The wifi packages are too expensive & service is shaky at best.
Though we had only one Sea Day ( which I like) there should be More to do! And Please STOP THE COUNTRY MUSIC! I guess the Complexion was the Reflection of Music choice!
And Dont look for Towel animals..too expensive!
I also wish they had self serve laundry. This was a long cruise & I like washing my own clothes

Some days the Dining Room Food was Great & others Nope. I wondered why they didn't serve more Greek or Mediterranean Food since THATS WHERE THE CRUISE WAS GOING!
Coffee @ Java bar...too Expensive!
Water is Too expensive! And it's a shame you can't bring your own case of water. And the tours should hand out FREE water!

The few they had was lackluster. So many people on the ship & only A handful of folk Participated! No pep from Cruise director nor staff to get people excited!
The Yoga classes were scheduled when the time changed, so many people missed the class! (Me too) need more showers in locker room

The Best show was the Elements show! It was Entertaining, Fun, Energetic, & Great.
TOO MUCH COUNTRY MUSIC PLAYED! THIS IS A MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE...PLAY THAT MUSIC!
The other shows were Ho Hum, people left during them.

Our Room steward Nicole ( deck 11 room 11134) was GREAT! She kept our room clean & provided is with extra towels when needed. Very Professional! The Dining staff were Friendly & Professional!
I was Not Happy with the Desk supervisor (.darn it forgot her name) when I told her Our water in bathroom was Brown on one day & No water the Following day. She said We should use Bottled water to wash!! I Expressed my displeasure & she said the ship was having problems with Deck 4 & trying to repair the problem. I asked if I had to pay for them water, she said she would provide 3 bottles ( 3 ) people, she did, 2 days later!
The Volcano Excursion is No Joke! Especially on a Hot Day! I thought it would be like a Hawaiian volcano walk where they drive you to the Volcano & you walk a few feet...Nope! From the bottom to the top! Our Tour guide " Greek Grandma" was Great & motivating. Fortunately we were the only ship in port so afterwards going on cable car to the shops was easy. The people were Friendly
No need for hop on Hop off excursion! It's too long between stops & Listening devices didn't work! Stay in port for Lovely restaurants & shopping instead
Godfather tour was Fun! The Bus will take you High High Up in the mountains! Beautiful Views! Lovely & yummy cafes! Lots of Walking!
