Not as expected. They changed the ports from visiting 4 countries to visiting on 2 and that too only 1 port in Portugal. The entertainment was not up to standard. There were upcharges for most everything. We will think twice before cruising on NCL again.

Specialty restaurants were good, but the main dining and buffet lacked quality and variety. The fruits were the same every day on the buffet, there were upcharges for steak in the main dining.

Other than two shows (illusionist and Million Dollar Quartet) the entertainment was poor. There were no dancers or stage productions like other shows. The music was OK but the venues were small and there was no room to sit or even stand most nights.

The room steward was fine but did not greet or explain the features of the cabin when we arrived. The waiters in the buffet were busy and took too long to clear the tables. The waiters in the main dining room after the first two evenings (rushed off their feet) were fine.

The room was smaller than expected though the bathroom was fine. The balcony was miniscule.
They kept us standing in a line that hardly moved. The tours got preference over us when we were close to the exit and the process on board took an hour and fifteen minutes in line. TOO LONG

If you expected your room steward to "explain" your cabin features, maybe you should have booked a Haven suite. Think of the time it would take to explain every cabin to every guest. Be realistic with your expectations.
