We enjoyed our cruise because one makes the best of things they have no comtrol over and we shared our cruise with friends. Personally would not do a NCL cruise again due to lack of service and changes in the services offered. No lobster night, nothing special done for Valentines Day and service was poor overall compared to our last NCL cruise.

Main dining room had very poor slow service, food choices alright. Specialty restaurants were good, service a bit better. Buffet is a buffet , food not hot.

Did not have theater events every night as in the past. Million Quartet was great. Musicians were ok, comedians were good.

All of the above were overworked and short staffed. Service differently declined since my last cruise on NCL. A few had great service but for the most part the majority of the staff seemed very dissatisfied.

It was alright nothing to brag about. No body lotion included as in the past.
Did city excursion on last day. BUT no drop off at EWK which is we’re NCL had out flight leaving from. Had to get our own shuttle from LGA to Newark. If NCL books you from Newark they should provide transfers just like they for from JFK and LGA
