We weren't as happy this time with Norwegian in general for several reasons. We'd probably stick with Celebrity and maybe try Royal Caribbean or back on Carnival again if we travel with our family.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
The usual waiting to board but not bad.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food in buffet and main dining rooms not hot. Staff worked hard with the amount of people they had. Mid cruise they started handing our plates, napkins, cutlery, salt & pepper in packets, ketchup and hot sauces poured into a tiny cup. That was pretty bad. Who knew most of the time if you needed them then if you didn't take any you'd have to make your way back to where you entered to get it. Ridiculous.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Fitness center was so bad my husband went only one day.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Shows were good. Could have been better.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Mentioning Cleto (Cabin Stewart)-did a great job considering the staff for the rooms are very short handed. Not happy with the fact that most of the days our room wasn't made up until late afternoon. Naicy and Leo in the Taste were great.
Ship Quality

The Manager and Captain talked about how clean it was and how they were always cleaning and it was clean I guess but seriously only saw 2 people with long swifters working together cleaning chandeliers when they really only needed one for that job.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
We now usually get a balcony but being this was a winter cruise we went with an oceanview with a "Large Picture Window". The window sill was so deep we had to crawl all the way up to the top of the bed and lean way over with pillows to see out well. We might as well have taken an inside room for all we used the window (except for seeing the weather).
Ship tip
If you're going to the main dining rooms get there before 5 pm to line up unless you want to make a reservation for 6:30 or after. If you show up at 6pm you'll be standing there with a buzzer for quite awhile. Also, do the dining rooms for every meal because it's so much nicer and less hectic. We learned that way too late in our cruise.
