Ship tip
Shore excursions were short. Most guides were not well prepared at all…slackers…shame on you Norwegian….no excuses. Lack of transparency on dining and beverage packages. Confusing telecom options.
Agent failed to arrange for hotel to airport transfers. NCL agent at your partner hotel tried to help but failed. I had to arrange my own taxi to get to airport. Stressful. Bad way to end an overall nice trip.
Sorry to hear your bad experiences, never can you enjoy Florence and Pisa in one day from Livorno. I love those two places and it really takes a lot planning if you want to maximize the cruise.
