Overall a fantastic cruise. Dealing port changes and Covid changes is overwhelming. I'd suggest adding yourself to several cruise sites to stay up on changes as it's easy to miss things relying on email notifiactions. We lost the port in Turkey due to issues with customs and they added another Greek port. Vorso. It wasn't a great port but it wasn't NCL fault. I would have rather had them make that a sea day but I stayed on the ship so it kind of was. lol Except for the scrap metal unloading going on in the next pier. (LOUD)

No issues at all. Slight wait for Covid testing and vaccination verification but who could complain about then making the trip safe?

Second NCL ship for me. The other being the Bliss. I liked the Getaway and liked the layout. I'd absolutely sail her again.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was well appointed, clean and roomy. Club suite room so it had a double sink and a walk in shower. Double sink was great so we could use the sink/mirror together and save time getting ready. Only issue I had was the pillows. I thought one was too soft/thin and two was too many. Wife didn't have an issue though. Different sleep styles.

A bit of a drive to Florence so I wouldn't call this port Florence. It's like and hour and half away. Loved it and enjoyed the city but pretty far from port. We did the Pisa/Florence selfie tour. You only get a half hour in Pisa and like and hour in Florence. Over 3 1/3 hours on bus added in to make it a full day. Too much bus time but I get it since it's a distance to the town. Wished I'd known that first.
Loved it. Loved the town and all the cool alleyways. Little Venice was beautiful and the water splashing onto the sidewalks and coming right up to the buildings was cool. Old windmills to see as well. CATS. Cats everywhere.
