SURPRISED, gratuities automatically billed after April 2019.

Overall, the cruise was good. I wish it didn't take 3 and half days to get to the Caribbeans. the cruise line could make it in two and half days that would be as awesome.

I am a loyal Norwegian patron. Love the cruise line.

We had a great cruise. The food was great. The staff was very friendly . I had to ask for towel animals as they only do it by request now. But they did do it every evening. The only complaint I have is I pre ordered flowers for my room and they were at least a week old and not fresh. They also have a Friends of Bill W meeting every evening , which is very good.

Our vacation was so much fun and so relaxing. We felt welcomed by the crew from the minute we stepped on to the boat, and I don't have any complaints at all. Great food and activities, great excursions. Maybe a little expensive with the excursions, and internet is expensive and confusing. Otherwise A+

Cruise in general was nice, but hated Norwegian's flight program and will never use it again

There is a lot of time changes on this cruise with no clocks in the state rooms or the common areas to help you keep up. We can’t adjust Apple Watches without Wi-Fi so please put more clocks that are correct preferably in state rooms but at least in the common areas that are easy to find and read. Leave ship maps in the state rooms or at least announce they are available at guest services... don’t put service charge reference on bill when it is actually gratuity, be clear what gratuities are.

We really enjoyed our time on NCL Gem. We chose to celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with this special trip. Thanks for helping us do this. I am sure my ratings are in comparison to other cruises I have been on. I tried to be honest and fair. Hope some suggestions I have made will assist in your future service. Thanks again.

Very good. All the ports are beautiful. Weather is perfect for September.

This is a beautiful ship. Very clean, excellent staff and lots to do onboard. The food everywhere was amazing. We missed two stops because of weather which was kind of disappointing but can’t be helped.

Worst cruise of 37 that we have taken. Overcrowded, poor communication, mediocre food.

Overall the cruise was fine but the Haven was disappointing. On other ships there was a private bar and restaurant and a concierge station. All were missing on the Gem.

We have a very good time on board the ship, and the employee's and crew were very helpful and very kind. I just wish we could have stopped at every port.

I have never been on a cruise with so many children. Our family did not let their children run around unattended. But, believe me, this was crazy at times. Teens running the halls, loud and disrespectful. It was the opinion of the families cruising with us that there should be more security in the hallways when there are so many children on board. At times, it was very disruptive. But, all in all, we have a wonderful time and will definitely cruise with Norwegian again but not when we know that school is out!

this trip was great for our first cruise. especially liked that the ship was smaller then most.

Cruising is a wonderful way to vacation. Leaving out of Boston, as I live in Rhode Island was very easy and made a difference to not fly to the port. Bermuda is a beautiful island. I look forward to going back in 1-2 years. One of the best vacations I have ever had. I have cruised with Norwegian Cruise Line before and I have not been disappointed

After cruising Norwegian for 8 times this cruise was disappointing. We took a few years off due to a new edition to the family and was super excited to cruise again. We love to cruise out of Boston for the ease of it and realize the ships are not the greatest due to the port size but the convenience factor is great for us. Next time we will try another cruise line
