Review summary

Overall the cruise was fine but the Haven was disappointing. On other ships there was a private bar and restaurant and a concierge station. All were missing on the Gem.

"On other ships there was a private bar and restaurant and a concierge station" yeah. we know. and making 1st and 2nd class passengers on a cruise ship was abandoned a long time ago for good reasons. Its a disgusting practice and nobody is happy about it. You want a 1st class passenger ship go on viking, or the Cunard and not the lines that cater to the average joe.
