Review summary

First time on NCL, but we're done with cruises for a while based on this last experience. Not the worst one we've been on but the disembarkation process was terrible and ruined the whole trip.

Disembarkation

If I could rate negative stars I would. By far the worst disembarkation experience I've ever had cruising. We were late getting into port even though we missed one port of call, then we were stuck on the ship for another 2 hours with no communication. This will be my last cruise for a while.

There was a problem with which dock they were going too. Due to storms in the area we missed the last port. Getting off in NYC is not like that at all!

Must have been a terrible disembarkment. We are never in a hurry to get off.

There's so much to do at st Lucia and st Kitts but you need to leave the port. I can't imagine giving up cruising because of problems disembarking.
