Review summary

All went well till day 7 and the disembarkation. Very un-organized. Time lines werent remotely close. Crew had no answers Were given wrong directions twice Lacking staff/short staff

Very rarely did I find anything dirty. Bathrooms were above average. Cabin was always 100%. Casino seriously, seriously, seriously needs an air purification system. Being in there for 30 minutes was like smoking a carton of cigarettes

Disembarkation

We were told on many occasions that our arrival would be 10am sharp. Since we had st thomas cancelled (due to weather) we had an additional 1+ days to return to NYC. At 933am, the day of our return, there were back to back announcements stating 10am port arrival. We ported between 1120-1130am. No explanations. VERY un-organized. Ive cruised over 30 times. 8 times with Norwegian. 3 on the GEM. This was hands down the worse. Ill cruise 2 more times in 2020 with my group of 8. Gonna be a hard sell for me to come back

I agree it was the worse! We were on Escape the end of Sept and were off and out front waiting for our ride by 830!!!
