Review summary

Tthe waiters and waitresses were not familiar with the products they offered and the food was cold or not ordered and I had to wait a long time for it. The staff that was selling various items didn't seem to knw what they had and how to sell. There was also an issue with the language. Repeating something in english does not answer a questio0n. They were very disorganized when it came to handing back liquor that they confiscated and as a result, my roommate and I are missing bottles. I sent an email to the guest relations department and have not heard from them yet.

Didn't have a problem with main dining room in the evening, but breakfast there was hit and miss. The specialty dining was also hit and miss, we had a rude waiter in the Tappenyaki room on the second night. They could not explain how the dining package worked. I kept getting mixed messages. The buffet was not so much the food but the way the lines were not being controlled.
