We were rerouted due to a hurricane, We ended up with perfect weather in St Thomas, St marten and Nassau. Had a great time, as did our friends. We did more relaxing on this cruise than some previous, as a result of not doing absolutely everything the ship offered. Very enjoyable experience.

Overall, great time and great ship. Entertainment staff is great. Room steward was so-so...room was always clean, but he was not very friendly and not very detailed (dirty dishes left in room for days, no coffee replenished, etc.). Guest services and excursion staff were unfriendly and somewhat rude. The rest of the staff in restaurants, bars and throughout the ship were not that way - they were all friendly and great! We enjoyed the trip very much!

We loved the ship, she is so pretty and clean. The food was the best we have had on any cruise. It was very easy to get on and off this ship. I would go back on this ship in a heartbeat.

So glad we chose the Escape! Our last 2 cruises on the Getaway and Epic were disappointing with the customer service. We enjoyed NCL on the JADE before that and a previous cruise on the Getaway. We were thinking that we might have to change cruise lines until we were on the ESCAPE ! Who ever is in charge of they Customer Service keep them ! Please work on those other 2 ships ! Looking forward to another cruise on NCL. Made our Anniversary Cruise Special !

This cruise was a wonderful way to disconnect and spend time with my family. As a first-time cruiser, this experience opened me up to more with NCL.

We had a great time with our family. There were 12 of us on board (brother and sisters family) and we have memories that are priceless. Tyler was the best cruise director we ever had. He was energetic and thoughtful. I thanked him personally at the Glow party. Zdravko Kojakovic from food and beverage was ever present watching crowd control at the buffet. He listened intently about our previous poor experience on the Norwegian Jade. Room stewards (Helen and Najif (sp?)) were very nice to our entire family. All staff members at the restaurants were courteous.

Great ports other than their private island, Harvest Kaye. The staff on the ship were all excellent. The entertainment was wonderful. The lines were short for the dining rooms and the menus were pretty varied. We really enjoyed the steakhouse, the wine bar, and the Irish pub.

Excellent cruise vacation. I would have loved to enjoy the pool area and catch some more sun, but it was too crowded in the pools and also no where to sit. People saved chairs all day and there was no control over it.

Loved the cruise. embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze. All of the ships employees were very friendly and helpful. We saw employees from different ships that recognized us from previous cruises with NCL. Freestyle dining is a big perk to us as we like to have the flexibility to do what we want when we want and or change our plans at any given moment. NCL will always be the only cruise line I use.

We had a very nice, relaxing time aboard the Escape. Enjoyed the Five O'clock Somewhere Bar a lot due to the terrific, friendly bartenders. They even put on a little show for all of us on the last night. Overall, the crew was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Escape.

one of my best cruises ever highly recommend! Bar staff and restaurant staff were very atentive. Some of our meals took a while if you have shows to catch let them know up front!

It was hot and muggy and the ship did not offer water stations. I had to go to Deck 16 buffet or purchase big water bottles that you would have to carry around. The pool bar did have water offered. Your stateroom did not have free water either. First time cruisers may not realize that you are charged 14.99 per person, per day for gratuities added to your bill.

Worst cruise ever, food was horrible, staff was horrible room was tiny for mini suite. To port of calls out of four was a joke. Pool was too salty and crowded. Staff was mean and unreliable will never sail any norwegian cruise again! Royal Caribbean all the way!

I love cruising and this ship was amazing! This was my first time on Norwegian and this ship is huge! It is very modern. The food was pretty good and also the entertainment. One suggestion, if you get the package to eat at the specialty restaurants you should make reservations ahead of time. I had a package to eat at 3 specialty restaurants and all 6 or 7 specialty restaurants was booked by the 3rd day I was on the cruise. We only got to eat at one restaurant on the very last night at 9:00 pm and that's because I pleaded with them to fit us in! So take it from me and make reservations ahead of time. I will say it was delicious though! I will definitely cruise on Norwegian again, but a different caribbean cruise. I felt the excursions for the Western Caribbean cruise to Honduras, Belize, Cozumel and Costa Maya was kind of pricey. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing cruise.

I don't think I will be cruising with Norweighan again don't feel like I got my money's worth. When we came home we all were sick Saturday nite with the nuro virus one of our party got sick 5days into the cruise
