Review summary

Overall, great time and great ship. Entertainment staff is great. Room steward was so-so...room was always clean, but he was not very friendly and not very detailed (dirty dishes left in room for days, no coffee replenished, etc.). Guest services and excursion staff were unfriendly and somewhat rude. The rest of the staff in restaurants, bars and throughout the ship were not that way - they were all friendly and great! We enjoyed the trip very much!

The ship is beautiful and enormous! The downside is there is one pool that is adults only until 5pm and the other pool is part of the kids play area. It would have been nice to have a quiet pool area if you dont want to be in the middle of all the craziness during the day. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Very comfortable. Small...but the mattress was very comfortable and for 2 of us it was more than enough storage space and room.

We chose to keep our luggage and walk off. You can walk off with your luggage anytime until 10am. We waited until the last minute, the lines were not long and it was super easy.

I would have said something to the Room Stewart. Usually you can address these issues from the start. The dishes I would have just put in the hall. But the coffee, I would have left a note if I couldn't find him/her. As far as rude behavior, I address that with their supervisor and it pretty much ends there. I look forward to my cruise vacation, and it's a service industry so great service is expected.
