The cruise was a little disappointing because of the hurricane we did not go to Bermuda and we ended up in some terrible ports like cape Canaveral which is awful and we did not end up stopping in Nassau because of time constraints I would not recommend the Florida and Bahamas cruise to anyone

trouble with weather , no fault of cruise line, did not go to burmuda as planned but was great trip

My husband and I went on this trip for our honeymoon. There were a few things that disappeared us during our time on the Escape. Since we didn’t book in time for an excursion in Cape Canaveral, we were out of luck and there was nothing that could be done for us. We also couldn’t book on the first island in the Bahamas. Finally, we were able to book an excursion in Nassau Bahamas and was finally able to enjoy our honeymoon to find out that we were skipping that destination due to the weather. This was our original Bermuda cruise that was changed to Bahamas. Also, We ordered the meal package and paid gratuity for it and weren’t able to use the actual package so we lost over $30 in that. Even on my birthday, the 15th, we couldn’t make a reservation for a nice restaurant so that was a little disappointing. On Saturday, someone in your guest services told us we could submit the bingo tickets that would be used in a drawing for a free cruise and she told us the wrong time so we missed that too. To be honest, the trip was filled with a lot of disappointments during our time there. This was supposed to be nothing but special for our honeymoon.

Just book with another cruise line, this one a waste of money !

Every staff member was great, Shows where excellent We ate at 5 specialty restaurants all where above expectations The ship was beautiful and very clean. Overall it was another great NCL Cruise

Big ships which are very nice but over crowded and which leaves you with a bigger chance of getting sick on board. Many passengers left ship with flu like symptoms including my wife, sick for the last three days and now I am getting sick. PS if anyone in your party has nut allergies be aware of the lack of signage, grand daughter had an episode so be careful.

We had a great experience on the Escape! The food was very good. The entertainment was excellent! Make sure to reserve After Midnight and the Brat Pack shows before you go on your cruise. I personally enjoyed The Brat Pack show more. Enjoyed the water slide with tubes. The rope course was challenging. The mini golf was fun. We enjoyed the night entertainments. Overall everything was great and staff were friendly! We stayed on the 14th deck forward ocean view. Loved the view of the front of ship.

As I said , NCL is the best cruise line to sail with in our opinion and its something everyone needs to do in a ifetime

This was my first cruise and I went with Norwegian because of a family member and I was not disappointed. The service was out of this world. The destination was dreamy. I had one of the best vacations I have ever had. The only thing I would say is that my family members had balcony rooms and I feel they had just a little more of an attentive service. My room was an economy room. Inside state room and at times felt like I had to ask for things while my other family members were being a bit more spoiled. But all around the ship the service was out of this world. You are totally spoiled. And also for the smokers it’s a bit of inconvenience because the smoking sections are very very tiny for a ship that holds 4500 people. I would say to have a trip like this at least once in a lifetime. It is totally worth the $.

Overall this cruise was different we enjoy the Spa and the speciality dining was unbelievable, we will be cruising next year going to the Bahamas in August, thanks NCL and for a wonderful sail.

As always I had a great time on this cruise. However, cruise line should offer more complimentary classes (yoga, stretching, etc.)

Would do same cruise again, but not on NCL Escape.

I enjoyed my vacation regardless of a few disappointment. I would travel Norwegian to the same destination again without hesitation. We had a lot of fun, the food was great and we were sad that the trip ended so soon.

It was a wonderful cruise, and wait to book another cruise with NCL, and return to Bermuda.

Awful experience between drugs at the glow party and having a room nextdoor that stunk of marijuana and they allowed this on the ship i couldnt have my kids in the balcony thats how bad it was

Beautiful ship, the Braodway shows are great, drinks are great. Everything is clean and the crew is extremely nice and helpful. The specialty restaurants were a disappointment. Dont eat at the Italian or French restaurants, the free food is all excellent.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! I enjoyed Bermuda, even though the beach was very crowded. We had fun on the H20 deck and the grotto area. Had a lot of fun at the casino. Cagney's is hands down the best restaurant on the ship! Will be going back for sure!

overall ship was little overcrowded and had to wait forever for lifts. Food was not good except the Specialty Dining Restaurants. Guest services were little rude towards the end of the trip. but everything else was good, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. ship was very clean and Embarkation literally took 20 minutes only and disembarkation took like 35-40 mins which was not bad at all as i was expecting hours as stated by other people. overall it was a good experience.

THREE reps at Cheap Cruises said I would get a $100 and a $50 On Board Credit in addition to a $100 Amazon Gift Card. When we got on the ship, we only saw the $50. After waiting a few days to see if the $100 OBC would show up, which it did not, the ship staff let me use their phone to call Cheap Cruises. Cheap Cruises told me that the $100 was not an On Board Credit...it was the Amazon Gift Card. THIS WAS A LIE. We were told different by three different reps. I purposely called Cheap Cruises (as I do with NCL) to keep verifying the perks we were getting. I will think twice about using Cheap Cruises and, being associated with the Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Police and Coast Guard Auxiliary...all of who have used Cheap Cruises based on my PAST recommendation...I will be sure to inform them, at my next meetings, to reconsider Cheap Cruises.
