Big ships which are very nice but over crowded and which leaves you with a bigger chance of getting sick on board. Many passengers left ship with flu like symptoms including my wife, sick for the last three days and now I am getting sick. PS if anyone in your party has nut allergies be aware of the lack of signage, grand daughter had an episode so be careful.

We had a great experience on the Escape! The food was very good. The entertainment was excellent! Make sure to reserve After Midnight and the Brat Pack shows before you go on your cruise. I personally enjoyed The Brat Pack show more. Enjoyed the water slide with tubes. The rope course was challenging. The mini golf was fun. We enjoyed the night entertainments. Overall everything was great and staff were friendly! We stayed on the 14th deck forward ocean view. Loved the view of the front of ship.

As I said , NCL is the best cruise line to sail with in our opinion and its something everyone needs to do in a ifetime

This was my first cruise and I went with Norwegian because of a family member and I was not disappointed. The service was out of this world. The destination was dreamy. I had one of the best vacations I have ever had. The only thing I would say is that my family members had balcony rooms and I feel they had just a little more of an attentive service. My room was an economy room. Inside state room and at times felt like I had to ask for things while my other family members were being a bit more spoiled. But all around the ship the service was out of this world. You are totally spoiled. And also for the smokers it’s a bit of inconvenience because the smoking sections are very very tiny for a ship that holds 4500 people. I would say to have a trip like this at least once in a lifetime. It is totally worth the $.

Overall this cruise was different we enjoy the Spa and the speciality dining was unbelievable, we will be cruising next year going to the Bahamas in August, thanks NCL and for a wonderful sail.

As always I had a great time on this cruise. However, cruise line should offer more complimentary classes (yoga, stretching, etc.)

Would do same cruise again, but not on NCL Escape.

I enjoyed my vacation regardless of a few disappointment. I would travel Norwegian to the same destination again without hesitation. We had a lot of fun, the food was great and we were sad that the trip ended so soon.

It was a wonderful cruise, and wait to book another cruise with NCL, and return to Bermuda.

Awful experience between drugs at the glow party and having a room nextdoor that stunk of marijuana and they allowed this on the ship i couldnt have my kids in the balcony thats how bad it was

Beautiful ship, the Braodway shows are great, drinks are great. Everything is clean and the crew is extremely nice and helpful. The specialty restaurants were a disappointment. Dont eat at the Italian or French restaurants, the free food is all excellent.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! I enjoyed Bermuda, even though the beach was very crowded. We had fun on the H20 deck and the grotto area. Had a lot of fun at the casino. Cagney's is hands down the best restaurant on the ship! Will be going back for sure!

overall ship was little overcrowded and had to wait forever for lifts. Food was not good except the Specialty Dining Restaurants. Guest services were little rude towards the end of the trip. but everything else was good, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. ship was very clean and Embarkation literally took 20 minutes only and disembarkation took like 35-40 mins which was not bad at all as i was expecting hours as stated by other people. overall it was a good experience.

THREE reps at Cheap Cruises said I would get a $100 and a $50 On Board Credit in addition to a $100 Amazon Gift Card. When we got on the ship, we only saw the $50. After waiting a few days to see if the $100 OBC would show up, which it did not, the ship staff let me use their phone to call Cheap Cruises. Cheap Cruises told me that the $100 was not an On Board Credit...it was the Amazon Gift Card. THIS WAS A LIE. We were told different by three different reps. I purposely called Cheap Cruises (as I do with NCL) to keep verifying the perks we were getting. I will think twice about using Cheap Cruises and, being associated with the Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Police and Coast Guard Auxiliary...all of who have used Cheap Cruises based on my PAST recommendation...I will be sure to inform them, at my next meetings, to reconsider Cheap Cruises.

Friendly staff always having different activities on the ship ,food was excellent. Service was phenomenal

Really, not much to complain about. This was my 3rd cruise with Norwegian and again, I was not disappointed. Loved every aspect of the cruise except the adult pool area, which is always very crowded. I think 18 years old is too young to be in an adult area and to be fair, this area should be reserved for at least 21 and over, if not 25 and older. Everyone is different, however, with all the younger people cruising these days, does not leave much room for the middle aged. Also, more attention and direction needs to be given in this area as many adults brought young children in the hot tub. Not one cruise staff member addressed this. I wished they would so I was not "That" person.

Overall very good,however,there is only one swimming pool.The crowd gets out of hand.

I enjoyed Norwegian last year so we booked again on a different ship. I was very disappointed this time. You spend too much money to have to say that. Sad thing is that it was the set up of this ship that was disappointing. Way too over crowded. Forget going to enjoy any party held at spice h2o. Forget eating at a normal hour if you like hot food and forget the pool area ( BUT THATS NORMAL) unless you stay on the ship the first day it docks at your away destination. Good thing for the drink package! I definitely needed to abuse that this time.

The cruise was amazing. Wonderful staff, great ship and lots of activities. Bermuda was beautiful. The only thing bad I would say is that the ship needs a larger adult pool or an additional adult pool. Not big enough for the size of the ship. But other than that, the whole cruise was amazing!

We took this trip to travel with a large family group. I’ve been on many awesome cruises before, so I was looking forward to it. Once on the ship it was pandemonium. You need to wait on many lines. Restaurant reservations are necessary to eat in their “better” restaurants. The common buffet is where you’ll eat most meals. It was more like a cafeteria. Anything worth having required waiting on a line. Want to see shows? You better go strait to the box office, wait on line again, and hope you get a seat. We missed out on a lot because we didn’t know the ropes. It doesn’t seem fair when you can’t get what you want. The shows are slightly entertaining. Our cabin steward stole a diamond necklace, but security wasn’t very concerned. Make sure you trust no one and use the cabin safe. Be prepared for the final bill. Restaurants cost extra, but if you don’t want the cafeteria food anymore, you are left with no choice but to PAY to EAT on a cruise. I’ve been on Princess, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. I would recommend you cruise with them.
