July8th I'm really feel bad for you. Was my first cruise and had a great time . I've done a lot of research and every line has their issues. Just need to have open mindedness

luly8: by definition...... a review is an evaluation of a publication, service, or company such as a movie (a movie review), video game (video game review), musical composition (music review of a composition or recording), book (book review)...... so a review would include information in that review so it's not "you guys wanted more info"........

Sounds like you didn’t do your HOMEWORK luly8 I downloaded the app onto our phones within an hour of booking our cruise for January back in February! Sounds more like you were rude to the workers on the cruise feeling that they should bow down and kiss your ass!! I run a motel and have had guests just like you! I’m Boy the HILTON .. want the Hilton book the Hilton You seem to think that you were staying in th Haven and everyone there should be at your beck and call Sounds to me like you were extremely RUDE to the staff and nothing was going to satisfy you Not one other person have I seen bitch moan and whine like you Please do everyone a favor and don’t take anymore vacations just stay home and be miserable by yourself

I can never understand these kinds of reviews. I don't know if it's a perception issue or what, but I can't figure out how there can be such a difference by someone who was on the same cruise with someone who leaves a glowing review. How does that happen?

You guys are free to do whatever you want and spend your money as you like !! But they will not be get my money and yes good for me !! I like to enjoy my vacations!!! So you can take this cruise line and enjoy!! Good luck!!

So you guys wanted more info ... would be the last time I write a review would just let my family and friends know and good luck ... Let me start by apologizing for the grammar and the spelling , I’m very upset so I’m blinded by anger. I have been to many family cruises and I have enjoyed them all until now. This cruise was , I have no words to describe it... it was horrible !!!!!! It’s and understatement. The customer service department were rude, condescending and confrontational. When we went to ask a question or make complaint ... they acted like we were bothering them and behaved in a matter like they wanted to fight us ... never in my years of traveling have I been so disrespected. I was more disappointed because I was with a child. Let’s start with the cruise director which was MIA for most of the trip .. Which I’m not use to .. I’m use to the cruise director be very involved and motives everyone to party .. We had a problem with our card to pay of a seltzer water and the bartender humiliated us in front of everyone to go to guest service to fix the problem .. So we went to guest service which they acted like we were bothering them and fixed the problem ... but every question we asked was like if , We were pulling a tooth ... so we asked about the App to download which we were not informed ...(someone on the cruise told us.. ) they told us to go to the internet manager to download the App so the family would be connected for free but the App sucks and doesn't work.. Again we were misinformed the app was free but we had to pay internet service first which it was fine by us but the internet manager was so rude and condescending ... when we told him all we wanted was the service for a few minutes to download the App he became confrontational and questioning us like we were not buying a plan ... I’m so disappointed and upset .. I always have fun for my birthday trip but I have to say this is the first .. and I will Never travel and that includes my family , Norwegian cruise line... its funny because before this cruise I was going to book another Norwegian for my mother’s birthday trip thank god I didn’t ... A very angry and disappointed customer !!! And all they had to do was to be nice to us and everything would’ve been forgotten!

Please help me understand your concerns. According to your profile, your other cruises, were more than 2 years ago on Carnival. What specific experience on the Escape prompted you to publicly dismiss an entire cruise line? FYI : a lack of response would indicate perhaps you're merely trolling. If that's not the case, at least be honest about your actual experience
