Had a wonderful time while on the ship however the tendering is a joke!! The first one into Honduras took us 2 hours so our time was shortened and the second one into Costa Maya to see the ruins was very rough and many guests were getting seasick and this excursion was shortened also so we had to rush throught he ruins.

Been on 10 cruises in last 6 years - this is by far the least remarkable. I would expect that level of experience from Carnaval cruises (which are cheaper by design) but not from Norwegian. Won't risk my vacation again and will stay away from NCL in the future.

If you like to wait in line a lot and being lied to by senior ships personnel, then go for it. If you want to spend a couple of hours in a port that you were supposed to be in for 8 hours because of the cruise line being negligent and dishonest, then go for it. If you want sub par food and terrible service, then go for it. If you want to be nickle and dimed to death and be hit with hidden charges, then go for it. I had some advise from my parents, other cruisers, and Internet research and this was nothing like I was expecting (NOT IN A GOOD WAY).

Good experience for overall except for long wait in restaurants. The internet is expensive but we appreciated the text option from the NCL apps for $9.99.

We opted to take our children on ship because when we were on it the previous year (with 25+ adults), we noticed how much there was to do for kids. We are happy that we did! Our children had an amazing time... and that made it amazing for us.

The Escape is a great ship with wonderful staff, good food and the best game shows and parties at sea.

Bermuda would probably be better in the summer. The weather now is hit or miss.

Staff and dining is great. Disembarkation was terrible in which I will never cruise with Norwegian again.

Can’t wait to Plan and book the next one! Enjoyed every moment after exiting our car in the parking lot. Can’t wait for the next one.

Food and service was one of the worse cruise we experienced.

The water was rough, but the ship made this cruise memorable.

A day and a half at sea coming and going gave a lot of time to enjoy shipboard activities. I think the cruise was very good (my first on NCL) and my 7th overall. It was a little expensive but a reasonable value for a cruise.

this cruise ranked towards the top of all my cruises. The ship was beautiful and the staff very professional. Very few kids on this cruise so pools and hot tubs were never full. First cruise I had the beverage package and love it. I would recommend the Goslings sun set rum cruise. One of the best excurstions I have done!

Went on the cruise with my friend to celebrate 50 years of friendship. It could not have been more perfect. Hoping for more...same time next year? Nov 12-17 2020?

New York was breath taking and Burmuda was as beautiful as we expected. this will be a port we return to.

Honestly, while we made the most of it and enjoyed our vacation. I would never travel with Norwegian again. There was such a lack of information, or understanding. The general grumblings from other cruisers were the same. Everyone felt the same about it all. It was not a good cruise. We were already looking at Royal Caribbean cruises before we even got off the ship to look forward to something better.

Let me tell you , a beautiful experience , even though was raining ☔️ 😀but it doesn’t stop us to enjoy it

Overall, we had a very good time. Will probably not repeat this particular cruise but will cruise with Norwegian again. If we go to Bermuda again, we will probably travel by air to Bermuda and stay on the island for a week. Very safe and interesting islands.

Loved everything about this shit and all the activities on board. I'm coming back again next year. Best experience ever.
