Overall, we had a great time on our trip. It was nice being able to cruise again knowing everyone on-board was vaccinated. We also enjoyed the ports and the safety protocols in place especially while visiting other countries. Finally spending time with family and love ones is always a bonus.

SECOND TIME ON NCL ESCAPE. DID NOT DISSAPOINT AT ALL. CREW WAS WONDERFUL. OFFICERS WERE ALWAYS ASKING IF YOU NEEDED ANYTHING OR IF THEY COULD HELP YOU IN ANYWAY. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.

This was the ship's 5th outing since they began sailing again and everyone was so happy. It also didn't hurt that the ship was only half occupied - I wish it would stay that way forever! No crowds or waits anywhere. No searching for a lounge chair. If only it would remain this way forever.

This was our first cruise since December 2019 and we were so ready to go. We loved the idea of testing at the port and than embarking. They have all the details worked out so you can just sail through smoothly.

The staff on the cruise is always what makes the difference! Everyone is so kind, their attention to detail is impecable, such amazing energy at all times! They make you feel as if you have always known them!

I feel that NCL should bring back the extra meal on a seven day cruise for specialty dining going from to three as they had in the past. I also do not like the up charges in some of the specialty restaurants. Some of the ports are a bit lacking. There are only so many T-shirts that one came by. Another thing I would recommend is that there are more offers given to platinum plus guests. This tier receives almost the same benefits as the tier below it.

We absolutely love our cruise from the beginning to the end there’s nothing I would change. The staff were so friendly and helpful the entertainment was numerous and extremely good. We will be taking the same cruise in the next month and can’t wait to get back on board. No Masks made for extreme enjoyment!

I was promised a $100 resort for a day credit when I booked through . No resorts were available for my itinerary and when I called, neither NCL nor would take responsibility. What an extremely poor PR move for NCL and ….all for the sake of a mere $100!

Overall found it to be relaxing, which is what we were after.

I am very excited about our next cruise. It is a very good way to see the world and I am looking forward to many more cruises.

NCL Escape was ready for it's return to service. Yes, there are always complaints about something from some looking for freebies. I had no issues.

The best thing about this cruise was getting off ttte ship at the end. The rest of the cruise was just ok. Mainly because we've done this cruise before...just on another cruise line. The best was the dining room ppersonnel.. They were great!

Rooms were good and the upkeep was excellent. Reservations need to be made far in advance to ensure you get seating at restaurants, theater seats and excursions. Bartenders were exceptional in getting drinks to people and ensuring people were happy. The pool was filled with people of all sizes and ages and all were having a good time. The only exception was they did have a contest for Mr and Miss Biceps. It was very sexist. The women were told they had to bump and grind in the men’s faces and on their bodies where the men did not have to do it at all. This was very disturbing to me and I would urge you to discontinue this kind of sexist behavior by the staff.

My criticism is genuine and in no way reflects the effort by the hard working crew members who actually put in effort. We have had a much more pleasant experience on other cruise lines, but this wasn't horrible just not worth the extra cost. If we pay more, we expect higher quality. Did not experience higher quality overall. Service of restaurants needs improvement, friendliness of staff needs improvement, improvement of communication (could not hear announcements in our room), safety drills were indoors (essentially showing how to put on a life vest).

Okay, i'm not a winning person that nit picks on everything but seriously there are so many options and cruise ships out there so really do your homework. Save your money and do not give it to Norwegian. Very unorganized and seem to have no skills when dealing with people and situations. We spent a lot of money and it was not even close to being worth it but will they care if you enjoyed your trip, no they got there money. I will never cruise with them again. I hope someway they work to improve customer service and organizational skills. If you really want to enjoy your trip book it with another cruise line.

Overall we had a great time! This was our 4th Norwegian cruise and our 17th overall. We have been on big ships with other cruise lines that we enjoyed much better, like Oasis of the Seas. I think we will stay with the smaller ships when we cruise Norwegian in the future!!

This was fun, we were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and hoped this would be a great memory. I must say it was ok not great. A cake was provided to us because of our Anniversary, a discount at the Thermal Suites or Spa would have been nicer. For our 1st Cruise we are not sure this is for us, maybe destination trips would be better.

The wifi/communication app they offer for $10 is terrible, we all got refunds.

Would rate three out of five stars based on overcrowding on ship, inadequate space in public areas, and gross understaffing at bars and lounges.

A cruise is what you make of it. Yes, we didn’t care for this boat, but it was warm and we were out of the cold!! We would not go again on this boat.
