Really large ship with lots of activities. Food in speciality restaurants was fantastic

Cruise was amazing. Even with the storm the crew made sure we were well taken care of and out of harms way. We actually booked another cruise to Bermuda while on the ship because we enjoyed it so much!

My wife and I enjoy cruising very much. But the passengers on this particular cruise were very rude and slovenly. It takes away from your experience when people act as animalistic as they did on this cruise. It’s sad to see such a breakdown in society. We will not be sailing out of New York anytime soon nor on Norwegian for that matter.

Have done the Bermuda cruise on the Breakaway and now the Escape. Was on the Escape prior. In two years the service ya gone downhill. From buffet running out of coffee mugs, to one late lunch having NO salad bar anywhere. Took this up with someone and they helped. Were awfully surprised that indeed I was correct, no salad put out. Pretzel rolls one day. 😩 Almost impossible to find lounge chairs in Spice. Young families in there/need staff to open their mouths. I think this may be the NCL cruise to push me to other cruiselines.

I had a great time. The weather was nearly perfect. The ship was very crowded, as families tried to squeeze the last drops of summer out before school. The crowds made it hard to find a quiet venue, but three days docked in Bermuda allowed folks to get off the ship and explore.

Overall, we enjoyed the cruise (it's difficult to complain about a cruise)... you drink all day, eat until you hate yourself, and relax. This was our first trip traveling with an infant, which was surprisingly easier than we expected. Cruising isn't quite what it used to be and these days you really feel like you're being milked for every penny, though NCL does a great job with all the free benefits. We were able to get free dining for 3 specialty restaurants, $50 off shore excursions, $150 on board credit, 250-minute internet package (not worth paying for), and gratuities paid for. The best part was the free drink package. There were no limitations and the selection was fantastic. It seemed like almost everyone had similar deals to us, which I was really impressed with. Traveling with other cruise lines and receiving similar benefits would probably end up costing you the price of an additional room on board. Again, the food was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly. Although NCL is not my first choice for a cruise line, it did have one of the best prices and free deals available.

Been on the Escape MANY times and just got off after spending a month onboard. A fabulous ship, a fabulous crew. New York has never had a better or more successful ship than the Norwegian Escape. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and friendly the officers, staff and crew are! 10/10 from me!

The Escape is a massive cluster filing with noise, lines, crowds, crappy buffet food and one inconvenience after another. - stay away from the Escape and NCL!!!!!

Well done! They take a lot of people and a lot of stuff and get us all where we want to go, ’Washy Washing’ every day.

The design and layout of the ship makes the core public areas smell of smoke. We were not able to enjoy some of the lounges and entertainment because the smoke lingered. The pool deck smelled like smoke, because the smoking section of the pool deck was in the open. The jogging track was adjacent to the smoking area. Would have been much more enjoyable if there wasnt so much smoke

This ship is really fun! I would recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of friends.

There’s a lot of people on the ship yes however is a very large ship and your vacation like everything in life will depend on how you go about it. So enjoy!

Escape is a fantastic ship, a bit overcrowded though.

Enjoyed the Escape, just needed to make dinner reservations earlier. Loved the 80's party, O'Sheens was great for late night. Bowling was fun. Need more bar tenders/servers at the Main Pool Bar. Service was very slow, not enough waiters to serves guests around the pool. Had to go to other bars for faster service. I found the staff (with one exception) friendly, polite, helpful, someone always asking if we were enjoying the ship, and if we needed anything!

Everything was great, all the staff was friendly, professional, lot of shows and activities on the ship ,you never get bored. The food is good ,lot of restaurants to choose from. At Port ,plenty of things to do, excursions, festivals ,beaches and stores . Can't wait to go back again

Impossible to find a chair around the pool except for those days at Bermuda. We saw that people were getting up early and placing towels on multiple chairs so that they could move in and out of the sun as desired and most chair could be seen unused for hours with towels on then to save for possible use. We complained so patrolling started but without any real enforcing. This is unacceptable especially when there are easy fix solutions. In addition we saw many children in the adult pools and hot tubs some of which were jumping into the hot tub and splashing people trying to relax in chairs. Wi-Fi package was terrible – we purchased the best package they had for over $200 dollars and unable to even download email. Nothing but excuses with a small partial refund. We even established to their I.T. person that it was there poor service by getting off ship and using free Wi-fi at Fishbone rest. to get our email. Second time on Escape and we had hoped these problems would have been fixed Nope. We will sail NCL again some of their Ship are Excellent, but never again on the Escape.

Very upset with the service. Have only sailed with you 8 times and no other CruiseLine. That will change for my next cruise in feb. when things go good keep them do t get rid of them. Service is sinking and food hope the cruise line is isn’t

very disappointed - hard finding anywhere to sit around pool, elevators were always full and time consuming to get anywhere, elevators only at each end of ship - long walk to get to most places - food was not as good as on other ncl cruises, hard for kids to play sports - always occupied, same for slides, kid pool area hard to sit and watch them - no seats, charging $9.95 to watch a movie in our cabin was overpriced, no electrical outlet in bathroom for toothbrush or waterpik, ship vibrated terribly leaving Bermuda and it was hard to go to sleep, no seating available for many atrium events, remote to work tv was terrible, IT lines first two days was horrendous, no food by pool area, library and game room was one room, no quiet reading area
