Review summary

Very upset with the service. Have only sailed with you 8 times and no other CruiseLine. That will change for my next cruise in feb. when things go good keep them do t get rid of them. Service is sinking and food hope the cruise line is isn’t

NCL Needs to realize that American people don’t just eat hamburgers hotdogs French fries. You cater to Asian and Chinese people. That is not fair even in your restaurants the food is not except for steak for American people. A nice pasta would be nice pork chops. But seems you don’t look this way. 8!cruises and this was worst. Wheelchair took over hour and half to get to my room. Unacceptable. Very unhappy with the money we spent and the service we had. Had to ask for towels twice. Have family cruise coming up with 22 people and not sure where we are going with the CruiseLine. Sad I even have to think

This will be our 3 time with NCL cruiseline and second on Escape. We had a wonderful time the serves was spot on the food was delicious. Sorry you had a bad experience. Hope your next one will exceed your expectations.

We’ve had the opposite experience on the Escape. Been on it three times and was extremely happy with the service and the food.

Right. Whatever. Service is amazing. Food is amazing. The ship is amazing. The Haven is the best. Nothing is sinking and nobody believes this review of the escape or cruise line 🙄🙄🙄
