Very nice ship. Entertainment was great! Staff was awesome! Food was mediocre. Pool was extremely crowded. Deal or No Deal and Bingo were very pricey. The general entertainment on the ship (not venues) were very good. The venues (Howl at the Moon and comedy shows) were excellent.

Overall was a good time. Unfortunately we had waves that caused the ship to rock some on one of our days at sea and it caused my husband to be seasick. Just one of the hazards of cruising. My husband is ready to go back so I guess he had a very good time! His first cruise, my fifteenth.

My daughter and I had a blast. My only negative points are not enough players, and it was a little too crowded. The main dining area the tables are just too close together that you can’t even have a comfortable conversation.

It was fine - too large for us - did not ise ropes course or waterslides. Did enjoy Spice H20

Would do it again it's a fun ship and handles well

We loved this Cruise. This cruise was unique in that we had a Superbowl, Valentines Day, and a birthday all in the same cruise. All of us were over age 60 but with many different interests. My Sister-in-law and brother-in-law being a married couple were doing many things as a couple where I am a widower being more to myself. So the cruise was fulfilling to both our interests. We ate together sometimes and other times not. Different shows and different activities. The one shore excursion on St Thomas we did together. To sum up the Service, Dining and Entertainment were excellent. Activities like relaxing near the pool were excellent. Dealing with the crowds is to be expected. If you don't like crowds, don't cruise.

A few irritations but it was a great vacation. The in person mustar drill is completely unnecessary and left a bad taste in my mouth.

This was our first cruise. It was so relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was wonderful, the food was amazing.

Had a blast but don't take this cruise line if you consider yourself a foodie. You will need to pay extra at specialty restaurants to get a good meal. If you're ok with just getting filled up then go ahead. Everything else about the ship is great.

We enjoyed ourselves overall and were able to relax. The ship just felt a bit crowded I think we would prefer ships with no more than 3200 in the future

We are frequent cruises our journey on the Escape was our 99th. And that not all on NCL we spread out to all the lines have status un a bunch. We find good out was any of the bad on every trip, so my advice is stay positive and you’ll have a great trip. Remember if you were at home is everything always perfect think about it, is your meals always awesome do you have your bed made all the time etc. make the best you can because life is to short. 🛳🚢. Fun trip just prefer Carnival or Royal Caribbean. .

My wife and I(early 40s) would definitely sail this ship again. The ship is large yet you can still experience everything in a week so it’s not too big. I can’t emphasize enough that Syd Normans is a must. Be there early and you may end up there every night it’s open like we did. If the ship is full the bartenders struggle to get drinks in a timely fashion.

This was our first Norwegian cruise. We’ve only previously ever done Royal Caribbean. Comparing the two, they are fairly equivalent, and future bookings would come down to price and itinerary.

Great vacation! Can't wait to cruise again, perhaps with our children next time!

It was ok...our first ncl, unfortunately probably our last

We ordered breakfast room service for Monday morning and it hadn’t arrived after about an hour I called and they said they didn’t have it and then all of a sudden said they did. It was nothing we ordered Eggs and fruit. We had an excursion time to meet so we ate it anyway. On the way back to the ship after the excursion I felt sick. After being wheeled onto the ship and back to the room I got sick. We had not eaten since room service and had no alcohol, just water. After getting sick twice and couldn’t hold my head up I was wheeled to the infirmary onboard. The doctor said the medicine I take will make me sick if I take it on an empty stomach. I’ve taken a certain medicine for 7 years on an empty stomach and it never made me sick. It’s not a side effect. The next 2 days I spent in bed which were port days and the next sea day I spent between the balcony and bed. My husband felt bad also but in a different way, he didn’t actually throw up. We lived off applesauce bananas water jello and chicken soup broth until Friday. We wanted a baked potato and went to Savor. We ordered the baked potato and no toppings. They brought a hulled out potato skin. The menu didn’t say that. We left and found mashed potatoes on the buffet which were probably from the hulled out potatoes. They were not good. This is our 31st cruise, 9 on NCL and our 2nd on the Escape. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and loved the ship before. I’m truly happy for the cruisers that had good food and loved the cruise. We were unfortunate. Disembarkation was horrible and yes we followed the self assist instructions carefully.

Overall it was good. They need better food options that you don't have to pay for. The staff is wonderful, and ship is very clean.

Had a really good time.We had friends along so it was extra special.
