Review summary

My daughter and I had a blast. My only negative points are not enough players, and it was a little too crowded. The main dining area the tables are just too close together that you can’t even have a comfortable conversation.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
It was a little crazy trying to get upstairs with our carry-on suitcase. Everybody was trying to get to the elevators and we were on the 15th floor so it was quite the challenge. We couldn’t get into our rooms so we were walking around the ship with our carry-on Mr. came very hot and uncomfortable. Next time I will know and learn to wear my bathing suit on the plane.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
But they were very good at a lot of them had some kind of spice in it.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
We couldn’t get near the pool, they should have more than one little tiny square pool that everybody crowded in and it was a Covid experience for him to happen. That was our one regret not upgrading to the Haven because we couldn’t even get near the pool and enjoy it.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Because we booked non-direct most of the shows were booked by the time we even got on board. The one show we saw was phenomenal the Iron Man band.

Children's Programs

We didn’t have any children with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All very polite

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was clean and the design was good. They definitely need more than one regular pool, though on a huge ship like that. They were booked to capacity m, and it was very crowded.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was a good size, a the person who took care of our room, Milton, was phenomenal!

Ship tip

Upgrade to the Haven.

Ports of call

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

5 out of 5
Show me what did an excursion, and it was our favorite!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
We did the catamaran, and that was fantastic

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

5 out of 5
We did Take a Selfie and it was great!

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

5 out of 5
I think that this really isn’t the Bahamas it’s on their private island but we swam with the pigs and we did the zip lining and both were great!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Definitely more organized than our arrival. This went smoothly as smooth as a totally booked ship that size could go.

I had read about the pool and booked spa for week to hopefully avoid crowd and kids. And, had also read to pack swimsuit in carry on

I was wondering what players mean as well.

As for the Haven upgrade, it’s crazy high price…..already spent $4500 for upcoming cruise March 25th, we plan on avoiding the pool area as we have heard it’s not big enough for the amount of people on the ship. As for the buffet, avoiding that as well…..we plan on taking the stairs than the crowded elevators. Thanks for your experience on the ship, and the tip.
