We arranged transportation from the Orlando airport to the Port through NCL. When we arrived in Orlando, there were plenty of NCL staff directing you where to go from the baggage claim area. After the bus ride to the Port, the line was quite long but moved quickly.. all of a sudden, we had our room keys and were eating lunch on board. No issues.

We went here on the first night, so not sure if this is why the service was not the greatest. We waited a long time between our dishes, and it appeared the server was a bit overwhelmed. We had to ask for our room card back at the end of the meal, she forgot she had taken it. The food was tasty, though.
Moderno Churrascaria

Food was delicious! The meats they served were so tender. Our favorites were the bacon wrapped chicken and pork belly. Service was the best of all the restaurants we went to.

Buffet was almost always busy, making it a bit of a hassle to get your plate, but.. this is to be expected. Breakfast and lunch were primarily the same items each day. We ate dinner here twice, and each night had different options. They have the main dishes at the very front entrance (example.. eggs benedict).
The Manhattan Room

Lovely dining room. Food was delicious, as always. Giving this venue 3 stars because the music was very loud. We were sat right beside the live band and singer. If seated here, I would recommend asking for a change of location unless you are fine without any dinner conversation. The music was so overwhelming that we could not have any conversation without raising our voices, even our server was struggling.

We went here for lunch on a Port day. It is full service, and the food was quick and delicious! I got a chicken salad sandwich, and my spouse got a hamburger. Best fries here! Wish we tried the chicken wings.

Lots of activities available and they were always being ultized. We are on the laid-back side of things, so we spent most of our time onboard on our balcony or attending a show.
Entertainment

The Choir of Man was the best! We attended twice. They were so lively, funny, and kept the audience involved and entertained the before and throughout the entire show. Before the show, they invite the audience onstage for a free beer. We attended the magic and comedy show, which was also entertaining. We are still wondering how he did those tricks! We saw the Legacy show, which was full of music and dancing. All shows were in the Escape theater.

Great service overall. Staff were friendly, always smiling, and saying hello as you passed by.

Ship was clean. We did find the layout to be a bit more congested and was a bit more difficult to navigate compared to other ships we have been on, but we found our way around eventually.

Cabin was a good size and clean. We loved the balcony! The shower was one of the largest we have had on a cruise ship.

Read your Freestyle Daily and listen for announcements! This will keep you informed about operations and important information throughout the trip, like tendering, disembarking, time changes, reservations, etc.
Beautiful island! I've been to this port before but I do not remember it being this beautiful! We booked the Relax at Long Bay Beach, Beef Island through NCL. Everything seemed to go very smoothly here and the beach was lovely.
We did the Megan's Bay shore excursion through NCL. The transportation was about an hour late. The description was a 3 hour beach day, but we only stayed for 2. I assume because of the late transportation. The beach was busy, but beautiful!
They took us to Taino Bay cruise Port. This is a new port, still being built up. We walked around here, and it was beautiful. We noticed two 10 dollar credits on our account (monitor using the app or TV in room), and when we inquired about it, we were told it was a change in Port fees and we were expected to go to Amber Cove instead of Taino Bay, but they changed it.
Very nice! We purchased a clam shell for the beach day. We heard a lot of other complaining about them because they are very close together and block views of the beach if you're not in the front row. We didn't mind! We enjoyed having some shelter from the sun. Pretty beach, with lots of marine life! Food and drinks are included.
Prior to our cruise, we read a lot of reviews, and most of them commented on the disorganized disembarkation. Fortunately, this was not our experience. I think the best advice would be to read your freestyle daily and listen to announcements to stay informed with the instructions. Everything happened exactly as expected based on these 2 things. It did take about an hour to get off the boat and onto our transfer bus to the airport. Long lines, but went smoothly.
