I’ve done cruises before was very disappointed with this one

Beautiful ship and wonderful staff. The itinerary was a great pace with many options

The cruise was great.... entertainment great...food great....the POOL a big disappointment kids everywhere...Spice club for adults but to many teens took over the dance floor...no supervision what so ever

Biggest disappointment was the inadequate size of the "Adult" pool and the fact that many 13-15 year olds were rude and swimming in it. No one enforced the "adult only". If I wanted to be around kids I would take a Disney Cruise. Otherwise Cruise was excellent - cruise staff were phenomenal - Cruise director Will and Assistant Jeff were great! Ana May at the Manhattan restaurant was great. Ansori FNU housekeeping excellent.

We had a wonderful time on the Escape! Very nice ship, good was good entertainment was good and the staff was excellent

Good service, clean ship. Food was good. Was busy but not too long a wait

This was only our 2nd NCL but there were enough disappointments that we will be sticking with other lines in the future. They've gone downhill since Blue Man Group and Legends in Concert. The entertainment used to be so good.

Relaxing, if you find an uncrowded area. The crew is working very hard with minimal staff.

Although we enjoyed it for the most part, we did meet 3 new friends from Michigan & Florida: we definitely will not go anywhere near spring break again, though every state is different with it. It was chaotic to have 2 schools from Michigan on it and most of the teenagers were unruly, ignorant and running around a lot without any parent supervision. Definitely will not sail again on the Escape as way too many people and not enough amenities such as pools to accommodate that many. We had great weather and enjoyed our balcony a lot to get away from chaos. As for the spa: services are for the rich and famous: couples massage was $600 for 60 mins …. Plus a tip on top…. If u can be without the spa: on the cruise: save your money. The Thermal suite tour was free but for $300US per person for the week wasn’t worth it in my opinion and on port days: the pass for the day was $80 per person, as we are Canadians we have to add 40% on top of those prices. So definitely not worth it …. Lol 😊

We did not care for the Escape, lack of service, short staffed, too large for our taste. But it’s just our needs & want we’re not met.

It wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible. We will not sail Norwegian again because we know there are other lines that suit our preferences better. This is my opinion and if it suits you than great!

Would definitely consider this itinerary again, im sure it is offered from different ports and different ships.

Norwegian Escape is great. The officers made a point of introducing themselves, then remembered us all week, as did other staff members. The Vibe is quiet and great.

Enjoyed just cruising! Can’t wait for the next two later this year.

We really enjoyed our cruise but the crowds were a lot to deal with. No fault of the cruise but lots of guests were just rude and out of control. Maybe our fault as we didn't realize it was Spring Break but it wasn't the College kids out of control it was the adults! Too many people drinking non stop, maybe NCL should put a daily drink limit, don't get me wrong we drink too but not to excess!

I had a wonderful time, even if my purpose of visiting US Virgin Islands National Park was disappointing. Everyone I met were lovely, the staff did an excellent job, food was yummy, drinks were good, Choir of Man was a highlight, and my balcony room was perfect. I will definitely consider NCL for my next cruise vacation.

It was a fun trip. We love cruising. I hope Norwegian steps up it’s game to provide fun activities to a wider variety of people, higher more staff for dining and rethink their venue sizes for the amount of people on the ship.

Everything went well. A bit of a wait for the rooms to get ready in the beginning but it went well

Great time. Lots of friendly people, friendly employees and a relaxing trip.

Very nice ship. Entertainment was great! Staff was awesome! Food was mediocre. Pool was extremely crowded. Deal or No Deal and Bingo were very pricey. The general entertainment on the ship (not venues) were very good. The venues (Howl at the Moon and comedy shows) were excellent.
