Review summary

We did not care for the Escape, lack of service, short staffed, too large for our taste. But it’s just our needs & want we’re not met.

The food & drink was excellent, except Cagney’s. We have been to Cagney’s on other ships it was far superior.

Onboard Activities

It would have been nice if you could go in the pool. Max Capacity 35 with ship passengers 4700 plus. As for chair saving, they never enforce the rules needed to get there before 7:00 am and maybe you will get one chair

Entertainment

The Choir of Men, Magic show & classics shows were excellent. As for the other venues, we were not able to get into any of them. Not without trying.

Service and Staff

Let me start by saying, none of this is the staff’s fault. They were just understaffed, room steward was great (James). Only him cleaning rooms. To get a drink both at Pool & various lounges. Was very difficult, no wonder they give every one the Beverage Package. We went to a couple lounge’s with no server’s. The restaurant servers were excellent.
