In spite of a rough start, we enjoyed the trip. Would recommend this ship and itinerary.

A port intensive itinerary with lots of history involved on the tours. We enjoyed all of the ports. Looking to book another cruise to the same ports. We like how NCL runs the excursion meeting place in the Theater or aft dining area. Very organized doing it this way.

We had a fabulous time and loved the ship. Not everything was amazing, but certainly our experience was well worth our time and money.

I think this trip spoiled us forever. The ship was spacious and only 40 percent occupied. The ports were the best. The weather was great, and the seas always flat. Can't wait to do this again.

My wife and I found this to be a great experience. The major disappointment was the cancellation of Santornini. The staff was extremely accomadating and friendly. The ship is big and full of options.

With the cruise to asia being post poned for 2 years, we decided on Italy and greece. Glad we did, the ship, service, islands, ports, were all magnificent. Perfect weather. We upgraded to a haven spa suite. It's worth it!

We absolutely loved this cruise. The boat was at half capacity and the service was amazing.

This transatlantic cruise was enjoyable although it was very late in getting started.

We were disappointed to not visit Tortola because we had not been there before. Also, disappointed in the tour at the Dominican Republic.

I should have booked thru ncl, got NO, freebies ie dinners, wifi etc, when I booked was supposed to free stuff. Not happy at all.should have cancelled my booking within 24hours .getting off the ship was a nightmare, walked around slot machines, Disney line ride at its best. Only 2 imagination officers.. The staff was great, food was awesome. Live and Learn.

Ran aground in the Dominican Republic. Stuck there for 4 days before being flown home back to Orlando airport by charter planes airport. The disembarkation was disorganized took hours of waiting in hallways and staircases. The bus to airport was dirty. The airport was so small it didn't even have a restaurant. Charter plane was old and cramped and attendants were very sullen.

The communication regarding the unscheduled debarkation of the vessel was poor at best. The officers were totally unprepared to disembark passengers on Wednesday and should have delayed one more day to get a positive plan in place. The whole process was shoot from the hip mentality on the first day. That is when we got off with very little notice to pack and report for a Covid test that no one even asked for when we got to the airport or when we landed in Orlando. I know that the plan was put together by personnel in Miami but the communications to the passengers was lacking.

Definitely not handicap friendly! Handicap bathrooms were all on a ramp so you needed help to get in them, most of the time they were locked. The doors from outside had you put your hand on them to open, not convenient for someone in a wheelchair or scooter. Elevators we're big, which was great!

The ship got stuck on the first stop. NCL was very unorganized. People were terrify and nothing that they did extra to calm the people down. We had to take the flight back due to the circumstances. Basically they dropped people off at the airport and you were on your own. We required to wake up at 4 am and leave the ship at 6 am for 12.00 pm flight. Once we got to the check in counter, they said they were no seats for us. Ended up waiting until 5 pm. None of the NCL staff were there to help navigate 2000 passengers on that day!!!

NCL demonstrated blatant disregard for their guests. The administration of the crisis was at hand was incompetent. It’s the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.

Our ship ran aground in the Dominican. Then Norwegian decided to cancel the rest of the cruise and leave us there at the port. With no food or specific plans. We were left outside at a port for 6 hours and then many had canceled flights. We then took a bus to the airport where we waited for 6 more hours! Our flights were delayed several times. Norwegian handled the whole situation very poorly. They should have had people from Norwegian with their passengers to make sure everyone was taken care of and actually had flights and transportation.

Overall. Ship, activities, food was great. Due to high winds and low tide, ship got hung up in channel departing Dominican Republic. We stayed onboard next 3 days enjoying the ship. Process to get off ship and home was a bit nerve wracking, did not have to be, but, there was some lacking communication and when we did get info, it was incomplete or wrong. But, giving ncl credit for getting 3500 home with really only minor issues. Good trip, one for the memory book!

Time on boat was awesome. NCL needs a crisis team and plan in place for getting stuck in a foreign port.

Wow. After a day at sea where we though this would be a great vacation, we ran aground, took hull damage, and were forced to fly home. Not only was the process chaotic and disorganized, we were delayed even though promised a specific time to make sure our lot at the original port was open. Nope. We got completely screwed, and when contacting NCL support, were told "too bad, we aren't compensating you for staying the night because we screwed up, or the extra travel expense". We were traveling with a 1 and 5 year old, and 2 seniors, unable to get a ride to a horrible hotel near our parking site totaling over $400 just so we could get our cars, all due to the incompetence of NCL. Yes, we will use the credit to take an NCK cruise simply because it's "free" even though we will need to pay other fees. After that, barring extraordinary circumstances, we will NEVER use them again.
