Booked the trip b/c of the itinerary & it was changed multiple times with nothing given in return...just days at sea. If I knew I would be going to 2 of the 4 stops in Greece then I would have selected another cruise. NCL
has definitely cut food costs as the beef was inedible across the boat - from buffets to specialty dining. Food freshness also was an issue as we were served moldy cake for a celebration dinner!

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of food. There was plenty of it in many locations dining rooms, buffets & specialty restaurants but the food lacked taste, variety & overall quality. I mean at the very least I expect to be able to cut steak/beef with a knife. Too many times than I care to state we could not saw through the beef - including the specialty dining.

The ship was immaculate- ship design was questionable when thinking about the jogging track located in the same location of restaurants/Sun/slide/pool traffic

The costs that were cut in the quality of the food served was evident. Lost me as a customer as I would never cruise the line again. I am an avid cruiser & I have never struggled so much to where I can eat to get a decent meal. NCL your staff is amazing but your quality of food was poor at best! Like I stated earlier one should expect to Be able to. It through meat served...in any restaurant. Even in the steakhouse the meat was tough & inedible. The freshness of the food towards the end of the cruise was questionable. Unfortunately our last meal at the specialty restaurant to celebrate our daughters milestone birthday was tarnished when we were presented with a starwaberry shortcake with mold growing on the inside... NCL you can do better!
Our itinerary was changed due to weather - however our day to visit was in Initially switched days before by corporate....if they left is was scheduled the weather never would have been an issue.
This stop was taken away from us prior to sailing with NO explanation. We were given another day at sea.
I book this trip for the itinerary of Italy & Greece....2 out of the 4 stops to Greece were taken from us & replaced with days at sea....I didn't travel 1/2 around the world to sit on a ship- I booked it to visit Greece. Very disappointing NCL
Would have loved to have spent more time - we pulled out during. The afternoon - in Italy many places close from the afternoon till 7:30. Should be able to be there from the am till at least 10-11

Thanks for the review but I am confused. At one point you complain that they cancelled two stops leaving you with sea days, then you complained that you had no time for entertainment because the itinerary kept you too busy?
