Review summary

This transatlantic cruise was enjoyable although it was very late in getting started.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Embarking was significantly delayed because the ship arrived hours late. Once started, embarkation proceeded orderly.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All staff and officers have been delivering superb service to all cruisers on NCL Escape.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship has a wide variety of public areas for adults, families, teens, and youngsters. Every area of the ship was kept clean and well stocked. Following the change-over between breakfast and lunch services, I was surprised to observe eight (8) buffet service staff cleaning all parts of the service line; I'm saying this was eight people in a row following one another cleaning every inch of the service line...superior cleaning action!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our inside cabin was large enough for the two of us and ship motion was almost imperseptible throughout our cruise. Our cabin was clean when we arrived and kept clean every day of our cruise.

Ship tip

Service and cleanliness is superb on NCL Escape.
