We had large group of 21 all family on this cruise. Our child was ill from bad rocking and rolling. Suffered from vertigo. Bad first cruise experience. We tried get off in Jamaica but weather prevented so got off in Cayman.

Many good things about the Escape. The Cruise Director, Tyler, was over-the-top funny. Our server at Cagney’s & O’Sheehan’s, Ramesh, was the best and most attentive server of our 3 NCL cruises. Most of the food , even at Great Stirrup Cay, was really good. I loved the slides and the ropes course. Downside? Way too crowded and the disgusting onboard smoking. There is never an excuse to allow smoking. It is a huge maritime hazard. Worst food? Teppanyaki (Teppenyucky). Stay away. I will be happy to go again.

My second NCL cruise, first time on a ship this large, and it won't be my last. Great food(except O'Sheelans), excellent staff, and top notch service. The ship can be a bit noisy near the pool and H20, but it's plenty of other spots on the stupid you want to relax in a quieter setting. Always something to do on the ship so you won't be bored. The shows in the main theater could be better in my opinion. My last cruise was on the NCL Dawn, and the shows were great. After Midnight was pretty good, but me nor many people I met on the ship enjoyed the Brat Pack. Was a waste of hour for me. I heard escape the big top was good, but I missed every showing. The comedians were great during my cruise. The cruise director was very enthusiastic, and made every event he attended even more enjoyable. I was a solo traveler, but I stayed in a balcony, but was still able to utilize the benefits for solo travelers. Our solo traveler coordinator Yanique was great! I highly recommend this ship. It's a big ship with lots of people on it, but I never really felt like it was crowded, except in the main pool area. This seems to be a issue with most ships as the main pools are small. My next cruise hopefully will be again on the Escape, or on the Bliss.

We loved the ship and the staff!! I cannot recall his name, it there was a male staff member everyone called “washy washy” and he LOVED to sing!! The staff was great, ship and room amazing. Lots to do for kids and adults. The drinks from the drink package tasted weird. But hey, they were free!

We had a great time however don’t plan to cruise with Norwegian again. The level of service did not measure up to what we experienced with other lines. Also additional costs for everything was not what we were expecting. We didn’t really like the freestyle dining, which was the only thing offered in regular dining rooms. Service was rushed and impersonal.

Book the Haven, you won't be disappointed. Had a great time overall.

My first experience and it won't be my last! The Escape is a beautiful ship, and even with rough seas our first couple of days, (we missed our first port,) but it was still AWESOME.

Great cruise!! After mid night show was spectacular, the staff was friendly & fun! Had a single cabin with a group of friends and was very well taken care of. See you soon Norwegian Escape!!

The Escape is a big ship with a fun staff and lots of activities. We cruised with a family group of seven and had two balcony rooms and a studio on deck 10. The Studio requires key card access so we were not able to get to my Aunts room to escort her to meals. The service in the MDRs was slow and it typically took 2 or 3 hours to get though meal service. The cruise director was lots of fun and even had a Cameo in the Brat Pack show. The specialty restaurants were excellent and service was on point but MDR could have been much better and I feel my aunt should have been offered a standard room due to her mobility issues. The activities were great although almost everything happens in the Atrium which can get loud and overcrowded. I would recommend this ship for families with young to teenage children or younger couples, but we prefer the smaller NCL ships.

Will never cruise with Norwegian again!!! Ship had to little to do for the amount of people on it. We could never find a chair to lay in and the 30 minute rule never applied. To small of pools and not enough hot tubs for families. We felt overwhelmed by the crowds of people everywhere. Just hated the whole experience. Back to Royal we go!!!!

This was our best cruise yet !! Beautiful ship. Great staff and great food. We had a blast and would book this ship again over and over ! Loved the ports of call as well.

This was my first time cruising with Norwegian. Absolutely loved it! Tyler the cruise director made it even better and kept us laughing. Hope to cruise with NCL again soon!

The vacation was a casino freebie. Really loved the ship it’s design and the specialty restaurants. I highly recommend the French and teppanyaki restaurants

The Escape was a amazing ship I had such a blast on this ship I only got off for a 2 hours total the whole trip there was so much to do onboard I didn't feel the need to get off .....shout out to Tyler the cruise director and Dave the assistant cruise director you two really made the cruise I laughed so much I was in pain from these guys I will def cruise again on this ship and I will hopefully book when then guys are onboard....The comedy was great and the brat pack show was awesome

I would recommend this ship. I think that is the best thing I can say about this ship. Great staff, fun ship, decent food and good overall experience.

This was my second cruise with Norwegian and each time it gets better. It's a luxury hotel on the sea. This ship was beautiful and service was excellent. The entertainment was the best I've ever experienced.

I have been on many vacations but never a cruise. I think the Norwegian was perfect for me ...I like a few kids around but I don’t want to be inundated with them !! The crowd was great mix of young and old and there were a lot of lovely people on the ship to help ..great service.. great staff ..great food ..wonderful drinks !!! my room was nice but I finally got to relax after a hard year at work

Great ship. Lots to do everyday. Plan your days so u can do and see everything. Staff was wonderful! This was my first cruise and I loved it. Have fun and enjoy!

This was my first cruise and i dont know if i would need to ever sail on a different ship. The Escape is wonderful. There are a few negatives like the smoke smell and overcrowded main pool area. But there are plenty of others places to go and things to do. I cant wait until we can sail on her again.
