Having been our first cruise...was disappointed on several levels. Food, room and the lack of enforcement around children under 18 in the bar areas/casino

nice vacation but would not sail on the escape again.

The ports were great, just limited in time because of late arrivals and not enough tender boats. The crew needs some extra training in customer service.

This was a last minute booked cruise and we enjoyed it immensely. We cannot comment on the ports because we never got off the ship. It was fully booked but it did not feel super crowded. The staff was great and overall the trip was awesome. The only issues we had were that we are platinum with NCL and noticed that interior rooms do not receive the same attentive service that we normally receive when we are in a balcony or suite and that the buffet was not as varied as it use to be serving the same dishes daily for breakfast and lunch which consisted of a lot of pork which we do not eat. This by no means will stop us from continuing to cruise with NCL as we are booked for 4 cruises next year.

We had a great time. Staff was happy and hard working, food and shows were good. I am comfortable on an NCL cruise and am looking forward to the next one.

The cruise was my first on NCL and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was always cordial and very accommodating. Each port we experienced an adventure that was well put together and very enjoyable. The show, Choir of Man, was exceptional and I really enjoyed The Rat Pack Revised dinner show too. The food was delicious and the service impeccable in the Haven Restaurant. The staff in the Haven learned our names quickly and made us feel like ole friends!

Was an Amazing Cruise We were in The Haven 2 Bedroom Family Suite. Group of 5 so was plenty of room with 2 bathrooms also. This was our 3rd cruise in The Haven and we were not disappointed We will return…..

Think twice before sailing on this ship. The food is fair, entertainment poor and the ship is very congested.

We take a trip to Canada and New England almost every fall, this was a very pleasant one, even the weather cooperated. the NCL Escape is a great ship but it could use a few more people in it's crew.

Not enough entertainment choices. Seemed like all shows were completely booked before we even got to our room. Standing in lines for 30 minutes+ waiting for shows, tenders was very difficult for the senior members of our group.

NCL delivered a great experience for us. It was my mother-in-law's first cruise and was simply in awe of the entire experience.

I stated I would never do New England Canada cruise again. There was a lot of things on the ship that were very disorganized. But you make the best of it

This New England trip was two years in the making for me because of covid last year. Overall I was happy to be on vacation but I did not like spending two days in the Hudson River next to the Verrazano bridge due to Hurricane Lee. We missed two nice ports of call and only receive $50 back each. The chefs of the buffets and restaurants are excellent. The show choir of man was excellent. Portland Maine has some to be desired because it's an old city with its typical people problems and worn down buildings. The tenders were hot until you got moving and probably could use fans internally. I would rather see more of mid and northern Maine, scenic areas and Canada then the southern areas closer to New York City.

Bored….Stayed anchored in New York harbor for 2 days without TV news channels! I.e. BBC, MSNBC, FOX, CNN

Would never go on a NCL cruise again. Very poor onboard communication especially considering the port cancellations.. NCL app not the best.

Enjoyed the cruise but disliked high pressure sales tactics at spa and wine cellar. Pleasantly surprised food and drink package was superb. Wait staff in bars were on point, several times wait staff in restaurants were overwhelmed but doing their best.

We enjoyed ourselves. The food was good. Nice to have a 24 hour restaurant. Good to take teens on for a cruise. We were able to relax and regroup.

The entertainment,( The Choir of Man ), was the only redeeming show.

Not truly all inclusive. Nowhere to escape on the Norwegian Escape. Chaotic

Horrible experience for the amount of money spent.
