entertainment was poor quality. Not funny comedians. No Broadway shows. I've cruised 24 times and never had to make reservations for entertainment.

fair. I was consistently repulsed by the effeminate cruise director and his staff. They pantomimed various sex acts during the Best couple entertainment session across from guest relations

ship is so chopped up that finding your way was difficult.

Bathroom door would not stay closed. Lavatory faucet would not mix hot and cold properly. Cabin floor sloped upward to the sliding balcony door causing several stumbles. And, this was a handicap accessible stateroom?

Worst I have ever had. We carried our luiggage off ourselves to make a city tour. NCL had the line snaking around the ship amid an assemblage of chairs and tables marking the way. It was apparent that they had no plan to make disembarkation easy. We walked around that deck about 3 times before we could get off. Everyone was fussing about the long lines and the "Corn Maze" we had to navigate. My wife is mobility challenged and this was extremely hard for her.

I just got off this ship with the same itinerary> it is amazing how an individual's attitude changes their experience. You apparently chose to seek negatives, while I was optimistic and had a great cruise..

We got off the Escape last week and had the most amazing time! If you didn't like Choir of Man that's insane and Jeff the Cruise Director was phenomenal! Food was excellent and if you couldn't figure out the ship that's crazy to me

I lived Choir of Man. NCL stop doing Broadway shows they cost a lot they have to get the rights to do that and as long as there's entertainment it's great you can't always get everything but people want everything. I went on the escape in 2019 and we had a great time.

Not our experience on the Escape at all, we loved it! I’m not usually fussed about what the cruise director is like but Jack was brilliant. Choir of Man was a great show. Sorry you didn’t enjoy yourself
