Ship tip

If you have a accident, they have incompedent doctors and out dated XRay machines. Completely miss diagnosed my wifes arm.

Preparing ahead of time helps with some of the dissatisfaction. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your trip. We have always found trips to be a wonderful break from reality even when things pop up!

A little more detail for georgekanan....Grey Goose is not on the beverage package anymore. You have to upgrade to $243.60 a person since it now is on the Premium Plus package or pay a $2.00 up charge every time your order. We wanted turn down service every night and the butler Jennifer said it is done at 6:30 every night....very early. No shampoo,conditioner or shower gel for the tub. Had to call and room steward brought down but put shower gel in a bottle labeled conditioner. Oh we talked to Sanja numerous times. She called the assistant manager many times and we had 2 discussion face to face with him and his note taker. Tub was filthy as well, had to call and have it cleaned. Oh George did not mention the pubic hairs and urine on the toilet when we first got to our room and also safe locked and had to call and have them unlock it and remove the belongings in it, taking pictures of everything. Nope not worried about animal towels...I want room clean maybe that is not important for you...It is extremely important for us...oh one more thing when we got on the ship and did our muster...we asked where to go showing the person our key card....go to 16 to Garden Cafe and wait till your room is ready. So talking to the assistant manager in The Haven the last night we were told there is an introduction to The Haven when you first get on the ship when you come up to 17....missed that we were told go to 16 and wait.

Funny.....the wife and I have sailed NCL 6 times in the Haven (As your cabin shows you did also) in the last 2 years, the last being just a month ago, and we haven't seen a change in the drink package in the last 2 years. How was your room steward not good. Didn't make you towel animals? Did you talk to Sanja about your concerns? People don't put much stock into your review on here if you don't give more information. Also you didn't mention your butler, or Haven priority boarding, or the Haven Lounge, so I really wonder if you did sail in the Haven.
