While there was plenty of food it was not very good.

Pool could not accommodate the number of people. Gym was way too small for a ship this size. Thermal spa was good but the quiet area portion was not enforced.

The service staff was good but there were not enough of them. They were overwhelmed

Layout was poor. Cleanliness was good however the casino where smoking was allowed was in the dead center of the ship. By day 2 everything smelled like old smoke. You had to walk through it to get to certain specialty restaurants and shops. Made everything seem dirty even though it wasn't.

Dirty, Run Down. Our excursion was awful. Roatan by Land and Sea was a joke. The land package was riding around a run-down island in a mini van with poor air conditioning in bumper to bumper traffic. We did see multiple gas stations, 2 grocery stores, and the land fill.

This experience could have been better if Norwegian figured out a way to use your room key just like on the ship. It's their island. You should not have to carry cash or a different credit card.

Costa Maya is just a big shopping area with really pushy sales people. Other than the waterpark everything is to far away.

Cruising might not be your cup of tea, but if you do plan to partake again take time to prepare! A little planning makes for a wonderful experience!

Sorry to hear that you were so poorly prepared and stupidly thought that EVERYTHING was included. Next time do your research. All of the information was on the website and in your cruise contract. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Almost all cruise lines charge a daily service charge, it’s standard. If you want truly all inclusive you’ll need to sail on an ultra luxury line and you’ll certainly pay for it.
