Unfortunately, had to turn around and return to NY early due to weather and anchored in NY harbor for 3 days. Missed the best 2 stops and i do not believe we were fairly compensated for the loss. Ship is very loud even in room. Food is OK . Good servi

Would never go on a NCL cruise again. Very poor onboard communication especially considering the port cancellations.. NCL app not the best.

Choir of Man was EXCELLENT. Awful, really bad female singer in Manhattan room one evening. I felt sorry for her she was so bad. Did not offer much evening entertainment compared to other lines.

High level staff very unfriendly almost afraid to even have eye contact with guests but the rest of the staff was very good and friendly. Very nice and very hard working employees.

very small had to live out of my suitcase very little closet room compared to other cruise lines. The TV never worked and every time I turned on the hair dryer it blew a fuse. The "upgraded" wifi was very poor.
Ship tip
Not much entertainment. When there was entertainment not nearly enough room for the amount of people. Poor quality music. Very poor reservation system for specialty dining rooms.
"TERRIBLE" rating is being kind. The absolute worst experience of my life. The cruise sponsored airport transportation (which is not cheap) was utter chaos for over 2 hours. Finally got to airport gate with 10 minutes to spare. no one from the cruise line was around no one to answer any questions. Just AWFUL.
Will be on this cruise in 3 weeks and I am sure we'll have a great time. Have to be flexible, ports get canceled all the time. Too bad you didn't enjoy your cruise. Even my worst cruise was still great.
