this was a spectacular, beautiful cruise that exceeded expectations. This cruise was wonderful enough that we will convert to NCL over Royal Caribbean, (with whom we have cruised 6 times)!! Will recommend to others.

food was exquisite, ship was pristine and well decorated, clean, but singing staff at Garden Cafe was annoying after day 2, from then on we all get "washy, washy "so just indicate or SAY it. On the whole, staff was excellent

Sydney Norman at Pour House should be headliners or given larger venue, Malevo was excellent.(venues need patrolled for cell phone people recording shows and generally being obnoxious during shows ruining for others)

be prepared to wait in confusion for your shore excursions, management needs to instigate better more orderly demarcation for them and insist on people not block aisles, etc. for timely departures.
Tour guide Agnes lost 3 of our group and didn't seem to care, (we, in group found them)she was brusqe, not helpful. The excursion info was dry and place, itself was just ok, would skip this next time
Thanks for your review, agree the Escape is an excellent ship. Would have loved to have seen Malevo but unfortunately it wasn’t on during our cruise. Glad you had a great time.
