Norwegian epic definitely was better than expected. Fun ship fun time. We will consider again to cruise with NCL

Great cruise - trip of a lifetime. The food was great (especially in the Haven Restaurant). Service was superb.

All in all it was a very pleasant cruise and I am looking forward to the next one onboard the Norwegian. I remain a loyal to this shipping line as it is very comfortable and not binding. One can spend time as it pleases. You really feel relaxed and welcomed. The Epic though needs some rest in a shipyard in order to remain a flagman of Norwegian.

Cruise was great but can't say much for the ship. Food is average at best. Why can't they get a good steakhouse at sea?

Definitely recommend the balcony rooms, amazing to wake up and go to sleep with the ocean right there.

Our first cruise on the Norwegian Epic cruise ship was very enjoyable. The only issue we had on the entire cruise would be the food was not very good. Every now and then you would get something that was just ok. We have been cruising for about 10 years now, and I would have to say this has been the worst food so far. We also had the drink package and found the mixed drinks not very good as well. But the beer, Heineken, was great!

I love to cruise, but the next time im going to do some extensive research before i book again. I disliked the pool area.

Can't say enough good things about your crew.....they strive for perfection each and every day, and are so selfless in their treatment of guests.

My husband has been reading reviews of Epic cruises to me, every morning for the last two months. To be honest ......really made us NOT look forward to our cruise on the Epic! I am here to discredit ALL those reviews!!!! We found nothing could be more inaccurate! Embarkment was smooth .....trip tip: you DO NOT need to be the first one on the boat! We waited until almost 1 o'clock and walked on. Plenty of complaints about room design. We thought it was awesome...plenty of space, lots of storage! No problem with shower/ toilet sink arrangement. Very comfortable bed. But we are short. Love status sign on doors. Only issue was lighting, if needed for makeup. Room steward Ormel very friendly, called us by name, greeted every day. Entire staff was responsive....eye contact, called by name often by bartenders at pool and H20. Fitness room was awesome! Very clean. Only used treadmills, but looked very well equipped. Love the floor to ceiling windows. Walking track doable....not always open. Manhattan Room, Run, from China and support at table / station 35, beautiful window right at wake of ship was highlight of our dinning experiences! ALL food DELICIOUS and beautifully presented. All entertainment: we only did FREE..... Band in Cavern, Burn the Floor in Manhattan Room and Epic Theater, Comedy Show, music at pool.......excellent!! Enjoyed adult time at H20.... Wait staff passing out fruit kabobs and Italian ice. Cold cloth and drinks reboarding at Great Stirup Keye. Always plenty of shade if needed. Food and drink and beach were great! Can't speak on excursions, didn't do any. Disembarkment, again......Triptip: don't need to be the first off the ship...we waited for the last group and literally walked off....no waiting...luggage was available. Took longer to catch an Uber than to get off the boat! Can not say enough about this trip....would gladly sail with Norwegian and on the Epic again!

I was disappointed, as this was the first cruise for my daughter. There were little to no kids her age (18-21) and little to no activities for this age group. They catered to the younger and or older groups. I did not hear ONE person say anything positive about the ship itself. My daughter said she never cares if she goes on a cruise again. Very disappointing, as I wanted it to be a good first experience for her, as I have sailed a half dozen times.

The cruise was good, very busy. Not too sure about the ports.....they are good if you want to snorkel, SCUBA or shop.

Norwegian Freestyle of Dining is the best of all the cruise lines we have been on. They did lack of number of drink staff waiters and at bars. We spent lots of our time waitingin lines at bars. Overall though the cruise was awesome.

It was not as good as princess or even carnival which are in my eyes were not as good cruise lines. We received a cake for our honeymoon that qas nice but the standards have fallen short here

The cruise was very amazing, it was our first cruise. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was also my husband's birthday. There were lots of food and drinks, choices of activities and entertainment. I love the comedy shows.

I WOULD GO ON THE EPIC EVERY YEAR WITH NO PROBLEM HAHAHAH

Ill never NEVER cruise on this line again. Every thing on this freestyle cruise was over priced and extra fees.

Our party of four enjoyed this cruise. We would sail the Epic again and certainly NCL.

Cruise was fair...could be partly because of my boredom with this itinerary as Jamaica is the only island I haven't been to on a cruise before (Cozumel and Grand Cayman have been to at least 3 other times). However, service was very lacking and just did not seem like they made an effort to have different shows and activities throughout the cruise. Even at sea days they did not have poolside activities until after noon.
