Review summary

It was not as good as princess or even carnival which are in my eyes were not as good cruise lines. We received a cake for our honeymoon that qas nice but the standards have fallen short here

It was concerning to me that a man had a heart attack and we did not embark till later which was fine but the fact that the ship was not equipped with the equipment needed to help this man in a closer spot. We watched a member run to get the aed pretty far

Buffet was good but we could not get into any speciality dining and 1 of our family members had the dining package that was not able to be used

I was greatful for the kids activities but the pool area was not big enough for how many were onboard

Priscilla was great the other free show was ok. I have never been on a ship that charged for shows either

Most personnel was awesome but we had an issue with a bartender not returning our card when we went back it was angry that we told him he didnt give our card back and yet another bartender Michael who we loved found it just sitting on a shelf

I have used this cruuse line over 20 years ago and loved it. I have cruised many times in the past on other ships and this trip was not up to par for dining and staff

We had a staff member be extremely rude when leaving through self embarkment to just get off the ship when asked why we had to walk around an empty lounge instead of going straight through
