Review summary

Being in the Haven, I can’t complain because the cabins are beautiful and I love the private pool, sun deck, and restaurant. The Haven layout was a little bizarre and You have to walk out one locked door, go down a hall and use your key to open another door to get into the haven restaurant on the same floor. The service was great on the Epic. Yes there were some lines at the bars and elevators but what do you expect on a massive cruise ship. I was very happy with this cruise. I do wish NCL would stop being so cheap and let me buy a lobster tail in any specialty restaurants. I expect to have prime seafood on a luxury cruise that costs a lot. I can only get shrimp or scallops even up in the Haven. Overall I was very happy with this ship!

We stayed in the haven also, very nice not having to wait for anything! I agree very disappointed that there was no real seafood.. but I would sail again on the Epic!!
