Waiters Denny and Kota in Manhattan room were so personale and always made us feel welcome. The entire staff there made for the perfect dining experience.
Borgie was our room attendant and he also took extremely good care of our room each day.

There are so many wonderful entertainment and dining options.
Rode the horses to visit an old Mayan Cave. Looked at the stingrays. A little disappointing, because we just saw the mouth of cave. Stingray farm closed early, so we didn't get to swim with them. This excursion was NOT through the ship, so that was part of the issue.
