Great itinerary, very nice ship. Wonderful steward, friendly staff. Eagles shows great, as was burn the floor. Priscilla show terrible, dueling pianos just ok. Live music in MDR a nice touch. Specially restaurants great. Accessibility an issue, with no signage or direction. We’re charged for sodas multiple times despite having a soda package.

NCL makes it easy and convenient. Now that we have taken our 2nd cruise there's no stopping us. Staff is incredible. Enough time at ports. The ship has something for every age group without going overboard.

This was our first cruise so we had a lot to learn. Room was small but functional, bed was comfortable and the balcony was private. The food at the complimentary restaurants was very good but wasn't impressed with the private restaurant. We prepaid for one specialty meal and was very confused when the bill arrived before desert was offered. We felt rushed and pressured to add an additional tip. Our shore excursions were very nice. We only went with the ships excursions so we didn't have to worry about missing the ship. Leaving the ship at the end of the cruise was very quick. We would do it again .

Somewhat disappointed with the ship. Great crew. Aruba and St. Kitts were both pleasent surprises, whereas Grenada and St. Lucia were disappointments. The last two most likely do to the latest hurricanes, but in general there was just to much littering garbage everywhere.

Overall this was a great experience. While there were some things that can be improved, it was relaxing and beautiful.

This was by far the best cruise I have ever been on. Norwegian will definitely be our next cruise line. From the excellent food to the continuous entertainment, everything was awesome. Never a dull moment.

It was paradise. Due to Covid, it took us 8 tries over 2 years to get on this cruise and it was worth it. Your staff, especially our Steward, Freddie, made us want more. He was the kindness person, the staff that greeted you going into the Garden Cafe, just made you smile.

A great vacation. We had a great time at each port - only wish we had more time at each one. The staff was amazing - always courteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. We're ready to go again.

We traveled to escape winter in Michigan, and we did that.

I need to find another location to cruise as soon as possible.... I was spoiled with how easy it was without 4000 people on board ! Cruise Now, it's definitely worth it

We had a wonderful cruise vacation. Upgraded to the Haven for the 1st time and it was fantastic.

When I received my luggage it was broken. Had just brought it for the trip. Cost $218.00. Customer service said they could fix it, but on the 6th day it wasn't fixed and they said they could not find a part for it. I am 68 years old and didn't have the strength to carry the luggage with weigh 49.3 pounds. no reimbursement for the luggage was issued nor help carrying it. Thank God for good Sumerian.

We had a great time overall. In spite of Covid, we were able to enjoy ourselves and meet new friends.

Love the Free-Style Dining and no formal nights which made it more relaxing. Ship was constantly cleaned. Food was good but average cruise ship food. Specialty restaurants were good. Buffet was very good. Entertainment was good but Howl at the Moon was our favorite. Casino dealers had no personalities.
