NCL makes it easy and convenient. Now that we have taken our 2nd cruise there's no stopping us. Staff is incredible. Enough time at ports. The ship has something for every age group without going overboard.

we were upgraded to Haven and had an awesome embarkation experience. The Concierge escorted us and before we knew check in was done.

Loved Shanghai, OSheehan, Garden and Haven Restaurant. Wasn't too impressed by Moderno food, lamb was extremely gamey.

The staff was incredible in Haven especially Ariane, our butler and David, concierge. Ariane made our stay very welcoming and warm.
The rest of the staff on the ship were very friendly, it's amazing how they are able to maintain poise and happiness in those long shifts. Hats off to them. They made every single day for us the happiest place on earth while on the ship.
Ship Quality

I liked our room, bathroom was tight. Balcony was incredible. This is a huge ship so from the aft everything was a long walk until we figured out the best way to go from point A to B. H20 spice was smaller compared to Getaway with no comfortable round chairs, which was a little disappointing.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was 11322. Incredible view from aft balcony, lots of storage, balcony was huge. Bathroom was tight.
Ship tip
North Atlantic can be rough. Be comfortable with the route and do your research. Don't be in a hurry to disembark if you don't have connecting flight same day.
